Hotel Lavanya Tower

Very bad place. Tariff is as other hotels in the area but very dirty, unclean and filthy rooms. Staff is not good. Un welcoming types.Main thing is restaurant, very bad service. Charged 500 rs for the breakfast and served 2 uncooked aalu paranthas no tea. Restaurant waiter behaved badly. Manager on reception had no control over the staff. Never go there.

Better spaces available nearby for stay. Service is good and they answer the calls at all times. In terms of location you can find almost anything as the market and street shops are nearby. When it comes to rooms only, you need to have other options available. The room that I stayed in was okay but didn't have any window even when I paid a reasonable price so I'm guessing most of the room would be like this. Apart from ventilation, cleaning of the restroom is also not frequent plus I found some insects on the first night leading to a reception call.

We checked in at 9 pm almost one hour was been wasted by one of the hotel staff who was showing a standard room asking for almost double price than it was showing on goibibo and he said all duplex room are sold out, later on when I booked a duplex room from goibibo the lady at reception has given me duplex room she said that employee might be new do he was not aware. I asked the lady that can we check out at 2 pm as well had already checked in so late and we have our train at 3:20 pm she said it's okay. Next day in morning morning shift lady was extremely rude said for 2 hours you have to pay half of the room price and if you check out after 2pm we will charge you for whole day. And she said I guess the night shift employee was new because I have been at the hotel for 3 years. No one seems to be helpful they will only fool you to take out the money that's it. Worst ever experience I am from uttarakhand and seeing the behaviour of uttrakhand hotel staff I feel disgusted as they aren't behaving good with there own residences

Best hotel, receptionist are also good The girl who's name i guess, Mis sonam kaur , she's very corporative and humble. Overall hotel was good and facilities also 🥰. Definitely going to came here soon 😊😊

At the first glance hotel look good and luxurious and room were well upto the mark. But in my room firstly the key card which they provided didnt worked at all. After some repairs also it didnt worked as it should. Due to some urgent work i have to leave the room unlocked as it was not working, which is very risky if you have some valuables in the room. I also asked for the room service at the reception but it wasnt done. Food here is good and looks really good.

The hotel room was in excellent condition, especially the washroom was very clean and neat, the room was cool, calm with all the luxuries, the food was delicious and Ms. Amita and Mr. Devaki Nandan were nice persons who provided the best services. Overall, when I returned from work and entered the room, I felt a sense of peace.
