I visited Mukhteshwar in May and stayed in this hotel. The view from this hotel is very beautiful. Greenery is at its high point. Room service is very good . All staff was quite calm and helpful. All three time meal was available and the taste of food was also good. Rates are also affordable. Beautiful flowers were there. Mukhteshwar is a beautiful place to visit and this hotel can be preferred to stay.

The most pathetic experience I've ever had while staying at a hotel. The lady manager was the most pathetic lady I've came across in my entire life. She has all sorts of arrogance, attitude & what not. I will never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. That lady literally yelled on my parents when they went to just register a simple complaint that the bed had bed bugs & we want the bedsheet changed. I'd never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel ever.

We stopped at this place for snacks and Tea. Ample of seating space. This place is easily navigable with parking space available too. The menu has a lot of items we ordered Maggi and fries. Both were good. The staff is courteous and professional with quick service. The view from the dining area is splendid. One can view the valleys. Overall nice place. They do offer rooms and lodging facilities. One thing that is particular of this place is they offer different prices for locals and tourists in food items. Like for tea they charge locals Rs 20 which is in their menu while for us they charged Rs 25, though it's small amount but such things should be avoided.

The room was ok, it was good for boys but I would appreciate Reception didi, she is one woman show for this hotel. She takes care very gently of every situation. Sorry I forgot to ask her name but she did a great job and there was one amazing Mr.Satya Prakash Sharma, he was also great.

The manager was very rude and they have un-tidy beds with bed bugs innit the and when you complain about the situation they put alligations on the customer only and the staff was not active all they give lame excuses to avoid the work they should do. The room also has many types of poisonous insects.

I went there only for breakfast, so not sure about rooms, but i think rooms are costly starting 3-4k. Food is fine, poha was very spicy even after my request to keep spices low. Their balcony sitting area has very good view

Located near Mukteshwar Mahadev temple. We had a lunch at there restaurant. They have a beautiful view of the surrounding Mountains and Valley. Food was ok and service was also good.
