SHIVALIK HILLS MUSSOORIE

I recently stayed at Shivalik Hills in Mussoorie, and I must say everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained - probably some of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent taste. Everything about this hotel felt top-notch, from the service to the comfort of the rooms. I highly recommend Shivalik Hills to anyone visiting Mussoorie - you truly won't regret staying here! Especially when it comes to cleanliness and hospitality, this hotel goes above and beyond. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The receptionist, staff are kind, courteous and helpful. The best part about my experience was the pleasant vibe exuberated by the staff. Often i have stayed in transactional staff who speak as professionals only interested in money. The reception is held by a mr. Negi who inculcates the values to his staff. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience of meeting kind hearted and good human beings. It all trickles down from the Top to Bottom here: :) Other amenities are great too including rooms and Food.

Location of the hotel is far from mall road. View from hotel room was good. Require maintenance of furniture. I was not satisfied with room condition. Also charges are high considering room condition.

The hotel's excellent geographic location allowed us to easily reach many points of interest, both on foot and by rental car. The view from the hotel balcony was quite lovely. The staff were kind and helpful, the service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. There was ample parking, and the food was delicious.
