Super Collection O Mall Road Near St. Georges College

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The washroom was filthy, the bedsheets were dirty, and the room smelled terrible the moment I stepped in. To make it worse, there was absolutely no protection from rain—water was literally seeping into the room. It felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in ages. Do not waste your money or ruin your trip by staying here. This hotel is a complete scam and offers zero comfort, hygiene, or basic hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

It was bad. It was a nightmare. I looked at the reviews on Agoda and Flipkart and booked for 2 days. Pathetic condition of the hotel and the room stinks. You would not even want your maids to sleep there. I went with my dad and brother, it looked like a haunted place, no electricity, so much of smell. The staff working said the owner has not been maintaining it and because of that the condition of the hotel is bad. Then they said OYO has taken over the hotel so they will do something about it. I paid around 6500 for 2 days in advance. I saw the condition of the room and i decided to look for something new. 5 mins later I informed Flipkart to refund the amount. They said they have tied up with Oyo and the team is working on the case. So far about 6-7 days have passed and no resolution. Very bad experience. If any of you have shame contact me and at least refund my amount. My advice - don’t go because it shows 70-80% off, it’s a scam.

Highly disappointed about the state and your customer service response. When I said this is the state the reply I got was that “ this is your problem that you do not like the location”. When asked that I do not want to stay here said we can only give you 20% refund. Then asked to share the photos when did that no response from the customer service team. This was the state of your location I want a full refund, as I did not stay there. You can ask them at the collection O. Very deceptive photos , wrong rating. I cannot put my utter disgust and unhappiness in words. This is how you treat your customers. Also to make you aware my company has a corporate account with you which I will may sure to cancel. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT YOUR HOTEL ROOMS. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Rooms were very dirty and Door handle was broken and Batroom Tap was broken. Good thing room was big and spacious. Bad thing other than good everything was bas no cleaning, no tv, no door

Very very far away from Mussoorie mall road .Every time you may require a taxi which are more costly for to & from hotel. Very remote area. hotel have not fooding arrangement. No restaurant near the hotel. Staff behavior are good.

Hotel Review I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable—the rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was no parking facility, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, no room heater despite the cold weather, and the blankets provided were in awful condition. The location is misleading. They advertise being close to Mall Road, but in reality, it’s very far away. This seems like a deliberate attempt to confuse guests. Adding to the frustration, MakeMyTrip’s customer service was no help at all. Their support team failed to address any of the issues, making the entire experience even worse. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel and looking for a more reliable option. Total waste of money and time!

Location very far feom Mall Road , Very Pathetic Rooms , Full of fungus , Blood Stains on Bed Sheet , Dake Review and Fake Photos of Property . Thanks to Dehradoon Police to Help me to Get of it
