Hotel Park Royale Inn

Please do not book this hotel, especially from Make my Trip. It used to be a guesthouse, which was converted to a hotel a few years ago. The rooms are extremely small making you feel claustrophobic. The entire place smells like vomit. They sell all their rooms as "Deluxe", when in reality none of them are comparable. The front facing rooms are very small, and the back facing ones are smelly with mold growth all around. The staff gives the better rooms to whoever checks in first and then you have to settle with whatever is left, like the front facing one on the ground floor, or the one adjoining their kitchen on the top floor. The hotel staff, and management is extremely rude and unprofessional. Be wise, do not book any rooms in this hotel. Also do not use make my trip, as their customer service is in cahoots with the hotel management. The photos you see on their website are totally misleading. They are probably of some other hotel. Definitely not this one.

The hotel location was good, but the services were not at matching with its rating on MMT. No one responded to house keeping services, Rooms were different as shown in pictures. At the time of food order they denied taking the orders by giving reasons of private parties and staff is busy for party preparation. Post a complaint to the management they accepted the order. As per the rating and amount services were not upto the mark.

The location is on the outskirts of mussoorie. If you want to experience peace.. you must stay there. A nice sunset can be seen from the rooftop.

Very Poor and Pathetic services One of the worst properties. Rooms are messy & smelly. Poor services of restaurants. It will take around 1 hour after you order with the restaurant. Wifi doesn’t work Never ever book this hotel. No proper room maintenance, doors are not working, bathroom is not working, rude staff, wifi isn't working properly, fake reviews given by staff by taking customer phones. Rooms were not cleaned properly lift was smelly pillows were dirty washroom did not looked clean missed basic amenities there was trash in stairs cigarette ashes in room there were holes in the sofa that too in upper category room tv was not working staff was very slow overall not at all worth for money very untidy. If you don't want to waste your money please do not book this property

Very Poor and Pathetic services, Bad management, Rude Staff with 0% Skills , bad behaviour by all staff members and senior management also, by doing complain several times to senior they are helpless to do anything. Guest is nothing for them , they don't know the meaning of Hospitality at all. Firstly they provide rooms to the Guests and then forget about everything about Servicing Part. We call the staff to give towels , they do not respond till the end of stay, we compelled to use reused towels for 3 days stay, we call them to give milk pouch then her staff replied " I am not able to find them, because someone has placed it some where else" , I personally went at reception, then got the milk pouch in there store area, I found that and they have no Clue about it and on daily basis they were not able to give water bottles also. in three days Stay We gave them Keys for room cleaning, they did nothing , when we came back and saw the same , and told them they said " Sorry we forgot " , that's it. No action after that , very very poor management. and the Kitchen Staff is so so rude, We booked Dinner and party for a night , Firstly their staff members started taking video of Females in the party, we have taken quick and strong objection on it . Food has been removed from servicing tables before the time given and when we objected this all staff members started miss behaving and started to use bad language . This is not the way to treat Guests , who spend so much and came to enjoy the trip. very bad experience overall. I suggest they should shut down the Hotel, other wise this harassment will be continued with the Guests. Will not recommend to anyone in future .

i had booked 7 rooms for today adn given 10 k gpay advance when i reached at hotel i debated for had view room but then spoke with booking sales he said your room was non view and i excepted that i didnt confirm on view . But then showed us other room it was pathetic as ni Ac no window room was so small and very safocated i requested for refund didnt get it also requested for 5 k but no use . All looking for this hotel dont book it prior or transfer huge amount plz visit hotel see the rroms and then book it i have lost my 10 k you all can save it was my mistake

We visited this place in April, 2025, 28th to 30th April. I booked this hotel by calling them directly, Mr Ashutosh, from sales Dept, booked the room. They respond very well and immediately for the enquiry and are available by phone and whats app. Very quick response we got. They share the confirmation of the booking bybe mail and phone. Pros: 1) View; beautiful mountain view, Very calm place, no chaos of traffic and construction around, 2) Location is in Barlow Ganj, near St George college, access is through a slope to the hotel but easily driveable, 3) Rooms: Rooms are good, very posh, small rooms though, - the mountain view rooms have a balcony, a big balcony for the room we were staying, the view from the balcony also was very good, - the best is a king size bed suitable for a family of two adults and one kid, they gave an extra mattress when asked for, they charge extra, 4) Bath rooms- good , everything was working when we were here, flush was working, mainly Hot water was available round the clock, the geyser was super, 5) Food: the best part is the food, very tasty, clean and hygienic. The kitchen is run by a group of 5-6 youngsters, perfect taste and always smiling boys, very pleasant. 6) Restaurant: the roof top restaurant is amazing, the view from the restaurant is very mesmerizing. it's not superlative, the view is amazing. To mention about the chef, Mr Vineet, amazing hands and experience to make a sumptuous meal for you, very tasty food he makes. 7) Hotel staff- very approachable and respond very quick to all your queries and needs, 8) Cabs- no cabs available, but they are just a call away, they will arrange at any time and the cabs come here quickly. We didn't face any problem at all. 8) Bikes for self drive: Bikes are available for rent from the hotel only, they give the bikes for rentals, so you can hire a TVS access / Honda active kind of bikes for sight seeing, 10) Accessibility to tourist attractions: - close by are Bhatta falls, Landour and Mall road, - Far from Kempty falls, You can go to anywhere you want, 11) Budget : budget friendly hotel, more than value for money you spend, Cons: - Maintanence - they need to maintain the ambience properly, - the rooms must have been slightly bigger, - surroundings are to be maintained, they need to keep their surroundings clean so that it elevates the value of the property and your experience as well, - they should
