Hotel Himalayan Village

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the views were lovely. Unfortunately, the service and food did not meet my expectations. There is definitely room for improvement in these areas.

The view is spectacular, it's a bit far from the famous attraction especially Mall road but the view is beautiful plus pretty calm serene and not crowded at all, Mall road is overrated anyways. We had lunch and dinner multiple times the food is pretty good and you can have it outdoor overlooking the mountains. Room service is great too

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes drive from the Mall. Himalaya village is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. I had been to this place in the month of December(27-30) and would like to share some genuine problems that you can experience. 👉Far away(25min) From main market. 👉Not worth of what they charge. 👉Room service was poor. 👉Heater doesn’t work properly. 👉Complimentary breakfast is pathetic. 👉One good thing abt this place i found was parking and view which u can get from anywhere in Mussoorie so why to spend so much and for nothing. Once again i am telling u, not worth of what they charge.

We had worst experience so far of life. Rooms weren't clean so much hair on bed and floors, bathroom: it had sewage leaking smell, asked to fix so we were told can't help. Worst food. They can cook anything for u but everything is tasteless with rates we see at Mall road amazing restorants. We tried dinner then brkfst but total useless even for loose motions right aftr Puri brkfst so had medicine to stop food poisoning. Then we didn't eat thr again. Were asked extra money for mattress where we booked with our told people and they promised to arrange beds in our rooms. Useless in total. All Pictures are not from hotel, they have 6 rooms in total. And little open area. Rest pics are from Mussoorie lake and adventure which is at velly. Plz avoid such fraud. We only came back to rooms to sleep and chked out without brkfst early in morning :( And 5 star rating seems fishy to me. I would try to complaint to officials as well. Recent reviews of a few ppl were 100% correct.

Best location with peace and excellent valley view. It is near to Mussoorie Lake and you can do adventure activities as well like zip line, paragliding.. Service in hotel is super fast. There is a trek near to Bhatta fall which is must if you like trekking.. I would recommend this place if you want to stay at serene location with exceptional view.

Totally fraud people... service at this place is zero and whenever we call people for room service..staff comes after making 2-3 calls. These people give packages for room booking by including breakfast and what they actually serve at the time of breakfast is so annoying..no taste ..we have to eat what they are offering in their breakfast and not by our personal choice. I don't recommend this place at all. Think twice before you book your room at this place.
