Valley View Hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Room were not clean. Unpleasant odors throughout the room and dirty walls. The towels provided seemed extremely old and worn out. I would definitely not recommend staying here. The only positive point is the location, it is about a 10-minute walk to Mall Road, which is convenient. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the poor conditions.

Staff was polite and the hotel has a nice view. They have their kitchen from where one can order. Food was not good. One has to walk some stairs and there is no lift, that's a drawback. Everytime you go up or down, it feels a little breathless. It's on the mall road. Taking rented vehicles on Mall road from either side of the mall road is not allowed from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Hotel Valley View. The room I was given was in a pathetic condition, with a stinking odor that made it unbearable to stay in. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches and a big spider crawling around in the room, which was absolutely disgusting. The flush in the bathroom wasn't working properly, adding to the overall discomfort. The situation was made even worse by the wretched smell emanating from a public washroom below our room, making it impossible to escape the foul odor. Moreover when we asked for plates, they provided us with unclean and wet trays, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of customer service. The food from the hotel was also of poor quality, far below our expectations. The rooms were nothing like what they had displayed online, and it felt like we had paid double the price for accommodations that were not worth it. When we attempted to address these issues with the owner, we were met with indifference and disrespect. The owner actually said that he had to accommodate "cheap" people, implying that he had no intention of improving the basic hygiene and condition of his property. Overall, my stay at Hotel Valley View was a nightmare. I would strongly advise against booking a room there, as the experience was not only disappointing but also unsanitary and uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very polite and the view from the hotel was mindblowing.

Located on the mall road prime location, the rooms are good with great views, service is very slow.

One of the best Hotels you can stay in Mussoorie. Everyone have their own experiences, mine was great. Pros- 1) The view from this hotel is fabulous. 2) The rooms were spacious & clean. 3) The hotel staff were very cooperative. 4) They have their own parking. Cons- 1)The food quality needs to be improved but overall it was OK.

At 2am a water tanker will come and hotel will start motor for an hour, making all its guest wake up. Hotel does not regret. No one tells about it at the time of booking, neither hotel nor Makemytrip. View is certainly good but rest is below average

I've been here thrice in two years and i must say the view here is mind blowing. The location is best as there is no noise at night unlike the rear end of mall roads where staying in hotel feels so irritating when there is loud noise at night. The staff is so helpful in valley view. Best thing is u get parking inside the hotel and amazing food with mind-blowing view. 💖
