Hotel Paradise Mansion Crestmont | Best Hotels in Mussoorie

Rooms are somewhat fine. Not too big not too small. Location is good. We stayed there many times for fun and spending quality time with family. Food is also somewhat ok. I would say it's a decent stay away from mall road and it's crowd.

To be honest, the hotel was fantastic. Staff members and the hotel’s facilities were quick. Staff members were always ready for the help. Our overall experience was beyond words. The manager was an amazing person and he had a great smile on his face. We recommend must come and have a relaxing stay.

Loved the stay. Comfy rooms. Welcoming host. Healthy and tasty breakfast. Beautiful garden area with games like foosball and swings for both adults and children. The heart warming smiles from the host and hardworking staff made the difference! Free trips to & fro from hotel.

I booked the stay during independence day long weekend seeing the Google reviews and unfortunately the reviews, ratings and my experience doesn't match. Pros: The good part was I got an upgrade on the booking room and it was provided by the receptionist lady, which I appreciate. Rooms were clean and maintained. Cons: The location is not accessible by walk. The food options were limited and okay. Overall: The service can be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paradise Mansion in Mussoorie. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The room prices are very budget-friendly. A special thanks to staff at the reception & manager for his assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Food was awsome. I am thankful to the Driver Mr. Amit Rana who came early by before 06:30 AM. to drop us on required location. Service was good. Staff is shy and not much talkative but it was good to talk with the manager.

In the month of August we Check in to Hotel paradise Mansion and it was like our honour to be there. We had been served the best service by the manager from entering to get back to our own destination. It was very nice to be there. We had never been complained to the Hotel. All the service was up to time, from Feeding to Cleanliness in a affordable price. The Hotel Manager Mr. Neeraj guide us the fairest trip in Mussoorie. He arranged the vehicle for us. On the last day he support us to get back to our city even in the bad weather. We are really very very thankful to Mr. Neeraj. Hope God bless such people!!!!

The stay with paradise mansion was great. From the day we came in, they had given immense services. The property is located at a 100 metres height from the mall road. The hotel provides their pickup n drop facility commute for up and down the hotel. The location is very beautiful and the views from the deluxe valley view rooms are also very beautiful. The services are great All together a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend 👌. Ms. Aarti front office executive very helpful and the rest of the staff provided us with the best service possible, ensuring that every detail was attended to with care. The ambience of the place was inviting and warm, enhancing the overall dining experience. The hospitality was top-notch, making us feel truly valued and comfortable throughout our visit. It was an ultimate blend of great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. rooms were clean and welcomed us in a very pleasant manner. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this property whenever they visit to Mussorie. Specially thanks to Ms. Aarti All the managers have also been extremely helpful.
