Had one of the best experience at Welcomehotel THE SAVOY. Our rooms were very comfortable, clean, very spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The perfect place if one is seeking to spend their time with nature and beauty. The staff was very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also on giving directions to spots. The entire staff was so polite and humble especially Miss Sonal Tripathi and I wish her a lot of success . The food was also delicious. From food to hospitality to the most amazing management. Living here just felt like a dream. Thanks to all the staff who took good care of us. Can't wait to be back again. Thank you so much entire team at THE SAVOY.

I had my wedding at The Savoy almost a month back. The three days spent there were some of the most beautiful days of my life. I can say the same for my parents. From food to hospitality to the most amazing management. I cannot recommend the place enough. It felt like living in a dream. Thanks so much to the entire team at savoy

Great Time from the starting to the end of our stay. Greetings of Jitender ji is overwhelming. Sunil assisted with my luggages, I am thankful to ITC to give him an opportunity, which is a great initiative by such a great hotel. The team lead by Bipul is commendable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SAVOY and I can’t recommend it enough from the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were fantastic, Support staff were so courteous especially Ms. Akshita and I wish her lot of success Food especially in ROYAL AFGHAN restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay. You won’t be disappointed!

The Savoy is a must visit if you’re in Mussoorie & if you like good properties with rich history & heritage & most all if you enjoy good hospitality. The property itself needs no praise, it is literally the most beautiful property in Mussoorie. But I was totally won by their hospitality , the warmth & kindness with which each and every staff member greets & helps you around the property is definitely worth all the money spent. From the guards to reception staff, parking staff, everyone was just amazing, special mention to Sonal who took us around beer garden, & shreshtha from the writer’s bar.

I really enjoyed my stay with the savoy as the hospitality was amazing and really nice food and rooms were comfortable…|I will definitely recommend everyone for this hotel as it’s in the centre of the Mussoorie and everything is so pretty…. I would like to mention the namaste person on the porch and the change of guard and the stafff was very nice eapically Sonal from front desk she assissted us a lot…|Loved the experience we had and will come again till next time…

Lived our time here. It's an oasis in the middle of a bustling and overcrowded city. Food was exquisite, the drinks and the bar charming. Would love to be back. A special call out to Shreshtha in the Writers Bar who served us some lovely cocktails
