Pathetic Staff They aren't aware of their own hotel prices. The phone number mentioned on Google is of a mediator that would have a commission. We booked 2 rooms online at a price of 4600 for 2 days but same room was offered offline at 3400 for 2 days. We lost our 1000 rupees for advance-booking and felt cheated. So unprofessional behaviour. The staff is so rude and uncooperative. PS : If you still want to book a room, just don't book it in advance.

They are doing a scam . We booked a room for 4600rs for 2 days. But the rooms don't match as described and the staff is giving it 3000rs for 2 days . They asked for 1000rs in advance which they don't return to us and start misbehaving

Worst experience ever. The bed sheets were not clean and pillow covers too. Bathroom was smelling bad and the hospitality was hopeless. They charged us 2000₹ just because the checkout was an hour late . Greedy owner.

Lovely hotel on mall road, Just 4 stairs and you are on the reception, staff and service is good, food almost of best quality.

We booked the rooms after viewing their rooms from google and mmt. But the rooms were pathetic. They had a foul smell. Washrooms were filthy. I wont recommend this property to anyone. We booked these rooms at Rs 39000 for 3 rooms for 3 days but the receptionist gave away the rooms at Rs 1000 in front of us. Even these rooms were being offered at 2000 per room on make my trip.

Something that I'm enquiring here, because the hotel seemed to mislead us. Me and my wife (foreign national) wanted to check in, upon which the receptionist said they are not equipped with FORM C. Is it true that the hotel needs permission from authorities to host foreigners, or the receptionist just said that to get rid of us?(Gonna delete this review as soon as I get an answer publicly) Thank you

pathetic bathroom ventilator from which even monkey can come also Look at this roof in room which is full of insects Look Look at their side walls of room So basically this 3 star property provides you nothing other than a pathetic experience. washroom smells 24 hr a day adds to this experience. most importantly lack of professional behaviour. And lots of other things. Unprofessional staff and pathetic room condition . location is best nearby Mall road.
