This is an amazing property to stay during vacation. Staff are super friendly and warm, make it extra worthwhile to stay here. Plus is the stunning mountain views from your room. Food is also fresh and tasty.

We went to Tattva with family and had a worst ever stay of our life. Before reaching the property Mr Ankush the owner boasted a lot about his hotel however the actuality was something else. Very congested and unhygienic set up with smelly rooms. Even in their restaurant while having dinner and breakfast nothing was available whatever we wanted to order from the menu was out of stock and we had to eat only food which was available, smallest of things like JAM, tandoor items, south indian food, etc was unavailable. The tariff for this hotel is not less than any 5 star property but with extremely delayed service, smelly rooms and dirty set up. Ankush will try everything possible to get the money in advance so the traveler is trapped. Since we were for 2 nights in Landour we only gave advance for one night after a lot of struggle with the owner and changed our hotel on the other day. Owner was very rude when we complained about the overall experience and instead of understanding us he said that he should have taken full money in advance. A clear red flag property with a highly unprofessional and unapologetic owner.

The high prices of the room do not match the facilities provided. The rooms are very small and cramped, though we took the biggest one. There is no balcony, no proper ventilation in room, and the CLEANLINESS is NOT GOOD. We complained a lot, but there was nothing to be done as we HAD to pay beforehand only. Room service is quick, food is good, but a bit pricey even for Mussoorie. Location wise is good, but any location in Mussoorie is good only. The best thing was that we booked only for one day, because no way we could have stayed there longer! So yeah, do choose wisely. There’s plenty good options in Mussoorie, so don’t squander your valuable money.

If you are looking for a quiet place in Landour, this shoul not be in your list. This place is right in front of Char Dukan, everytime you come out of the property the road is packed with people and there is a jam. It's this way from 8-9. During weekends it's even worse. Landour itself is very crowded during weekend. There is hours of jam to enter the place. Coming to the property, we were charged exorbitant for a room. We stayed for 4 days and even after requesting we got a bad room. It was a small decent room with hardly any view, facing a bridge, which had garbage around. People could see inside the room so we never opened the curtains. The bathroom hot water barley worked. We took cold water baths or like warm bath. The shower was bad so had to take bucket bath. The staff is courtesy and try helping as much they can but the property lacks. There was no lights near the stairs to the room so it was unsafe climbing up and down in the dark. The food was very average and very expensive. The breakfast menu was almost same everyday with just one item new. The property has no amenities so you are stuck to your room entire day. Overall I felt we wasted a lot of money on a average room with no great amenities

We had booked rooms from 26 - 28 Jan. Must say, it was a great decision as our stay was memorable. Amazing room amazing food, amazing facilities & very helpful staff. Must credit the manager Mr. Nautiyal for being always available. Great live music & Beautiful view. Must visit at least once !

I stayed at Tattva in January 2024 and have only good things to share. This is a strategically located hotel which has a beautiful view at one end and right opposite to the bustling char dukaan. Their rooms are near and clean and are well maintained. We particularly liked the Earth room because of the view and space. The dining area definitely catches attention due to the lip smacking food that one can enjoy by the mountain view. Not to miss, their musical night is a hit in the peaceful neighbourhood of Landour as they have a live singer everyday. It's noteworthy to mention that their staff helpful, generous and very professional. They ensure a comfortable stay. Right from Mr. Nautiyal to the room service staff as well as their chef who has an experience of working in Italy, all of them being warmth to this place. If you are looking at a wholesome experience, you got to be here. Quick tip: Take your private vehicles only if you are a skilled driver, else a taxi would be the best mode of commute.

Zero value for money. While the pricing could match any 4 star property the service does not match even 2 star. Most of the similar or better properties in Landour and Mussoorie is available for half the price of this place. During winters we were told the heating arrangements are well equipped for winters but the rooms were extremely cold and the heater provided could barely suffice. Bathroom images posted looks real but the shower barely drips water. The dispensers don’t even have a tag on them. We are still not sure we used a shower gel or a shampoo to bath. The location is the only positive thing as it’s located opposite char dukan.

The place is centrally located. I love the rustic rooms which have a beautiful view. The staff is the highlight of the place. They are warm friendly and always ready to get you anything you want. The chef makes the most amazing gharwali food and serves it with great pride. They have all gone an extra mile to make me comfortable. Its completely safe even when you are traveling by yourself. A must visit for all you won’t regret it at all.
