Booked this hotel for a friend, and the experience was extremely poor. Despite booking the premium room category in advance, they were given a completely different room. There were several maintenance issues as well. The hotel staff was unresponsive and showed no urgency in resolving the concerns. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.
