Hotel Natraj Palace

Very bad experience. The servicing was very bad. They didn’t even provide us with clean bed sheets. Overpriced and unclean. Would never suggest this place to anyone.

Hotel is at around 100m distance from mall road. The road is very steep downhill. Difficult to walk with heavy luggage. Rooms are not so clean, looks shabby. No towels, soaps or any water kettle provided. TV also dont work. Not recommended if you have kids with you.

This place is not for those people who are short tempered, this place needs patience, time and money..management is horrible and egoistic. Not suggested at all for new entrants in mussoorie.

The managing staff is so bad they even open your door without even knocking !!!! They have worst managing staff . Please don’t book your rooms here!!! I have the worst experience here you cannot even play music or talk to your friends and most important they don’t even think about your privacy they invade in your space without your consent!! They have very poor managing stafff n the worst hotel in Mussoorie .

Budget friendly.Nice facility. Staff is very polite and cooperative. It is on the other side of mall road . And u have to walk down to stairs to reach in hotel from main road. Also it avails mountain view rooms.

Room was not cleaned... If you enjoy your trip So please don't stay here... There was many spiders and other insects available for your welcome.. Room cost very cheap but I think you lost your money if you stay here my experience was very bad and I am not recommend my colleague and other person..
