Hotel Super Mall Residency

Very bad experience, they will run behind you till the time you don’t enter in hotel and do the booking . After spending a night they can come and ask you to leave without any hesitation if they will get ₹400 to 500 more from other customer. Similarly they did with me , firstly their staff was like okay for everything . I booked room for 2 nights even filled 2 days stay in their booklet . Manager was okay said yes these rooms are avaialabe . When the morning came manager came and ask me to shift from the room I did booking in … said sorry we forgot one family did booking one month ago for same room . When I denied shifting as my booking was for 2 days manager and staff came to fight and said you can Get lost from here .. and started behaving very rude without thinking that they did the mistake …. When I asked the one who was supposed to shift in same room , the person said he is paying 500 extra for that room and that is the reason they are doing this thing along with you… Very pathetic behaviour and service . Service also very bad , no cleaning staff for washrooms and having fungus on the beds and whashrooms … while booking they said yes we will provide toilet paper , bed sheets … after getting in the room .. they will be vanished….

Very nice location with good facilities. The staffs are well behaved. Food is also very good. If you want to enjoy Mussoorie, this is a much recommended hotel.

The Hotel Super Mall Residency, Mussoorie was a fraud..it was a Lodge not a hotel..No Ac in the room. Room furniture was broken, no Almirah in the room, breakfast toaste having fungas. Room price was charged by goibibo was INR 6,915 per night. It was too high for room like this.. This room price should be 3000 not more than worth it. I really disappointed 😞 with hotel experience with goibibo.. I will post this review every where so that some other person will not suffer like me..it was a disaster experience for my trip.

Rooms are good but No power backup, washrooms doesn't have a single sun ray in the absence of power. We had our room on second floor still the noise of crowd from mall road was pretty much audible .

The adertisement is misleading. It is not at all what it writes on its website. The linen and towels were very dirty and smelling. There is no heating facility (room heater etc.). No parking facility. The higine was not upto mark. The breakfast quality very poor. I would not recommend any tourist to stay there.

Hotel is absolutely missleading and harassing people. They claim that parking is available while no car is allowed on mall road. Hotel is fully reluctant on this issue & while approached they prompt tourists to arrange themselves to reach hotel with luggage & without the car. This can't be the treatment of a hotel to their client who has pre-booked room quite a long time ago. I will never recommend such hotel to anybody going to Mussoorie.
