A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Amazing stay. The staff is so good and so friendly. We had breakfast and the breakfast was to die for. They upgraded us to the attic suite room which was very kind of them and the room and the view was awesome. The service was really nice would 100% recommend.

Service was very slow even they took 3 hrs to make the room ready, we were given rooms at 04.30 pm against scheduled time of 2 pm. They have kept very less house keeping staff causing the delay. Room service was very poor , didn’t receive any items without reminding at least 2-3 time . Only positive point is location and spacious rooms

Best part of this hotel is its location. Situated just before baracade of Mall Road from picture palace side. Rooms are quite clean. Food was good. But hospitality and assistance provided by hotel guys are super awesome. I went with my family and small kid, and they were too much friendly with us. It’s lovely stay

The hotel is located just 200 meters away from the mall road and the best thing is the location of the hotel. The swimming pool is temperature based kids area they do have where our kids were enjoying so much glass painting 🎨 and pot painting.It was the best part for my kids . I'm really happy to see the staff's behaviour and the friendliness. Restaurant services and the food was good Thanks all team . 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
