Hotel City Castle

The hotel is near Clock Tower, Mussoorie. I stayed in Deluxe room which was on 1st floor. Room was clean & good. Electric kettle was provided upon demand. Service was fine. Food was tasty but wasn't served promptly. Overall, it is quite good for the price.

Rooms &servive are splendid along with the view .food is amazing u dont need to go anywhere in search for taste u ll get it there only .staff is also very polite&cooperative highly recommend this hotel

Good place to stay. Nice clean rooms, near to mall road. I Stayed in super deluxe room with nice view. no complaints.

The hotel is at walking distance from the mall, road, cafes and tourist places... The rooms are very nice and clean, there is enough washroom space, the view from the windows is very good, especially the rates are less than other places. If you stay here then do have lunch and dinner here. The food is very good, especially the dal fries, which I like very much.

Firstly the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to reach. It is situated almost on top of a hill near Clock Tower. The views from the hotel are amazing and Rooms are also big ( booked Superiour Room ). Almost all the rooms are overlooking Views of Mussoorie. All amenities are in place and Hotel is well maintained. Food is also good and prices are also reasonable . We have taken Breakfast option however only Parantha and Sandwiches were served in the breakfast which is a little disappointing. Overall experience at this hotel is Good except the behaviour of few staff. Parking is available at the hotel but space is limited and there is also a steep climb to reach Hotel.

The hotel rooms are superb. The size of the room is also sufficient. The food served here is tasty and in budget. small balcony is provided from where the views can be enjoyed. But do not keep the balcony door open as monkeys will come inside. Parking space is also available. The hotel is 300 meters far from mall road but you can easily manage to walk and come back to hotel. Hotel is very close to clock tower of Massurie.

For Rs 2100 per night, the room,food and service quality is very good. Location wise, its walking distance from mall road, but from the main market part of the mall road, u need to use a vehicle. Thanks to them, their known taxi driver gave us 20-30 percent discount on tour prices. For example, a tour package which has standard price of 5200 rs set by the govt, the cab driver charged 4000 rs and for the tour package of 6200 set by the govt, he charged around 4500 Rs. So Fully satisfied with the hotel.
