NillI booked the Room with balcony and stayed there very Happily, the Rooms are cozy the location anr view is sooo Good, The property is easily Accessible and The Parking Area is also so good I have been around the world and visited a lot of countries / hotels and villas before coming to this place & For me this place has one of the best hospitality The staff is so so good they know what it takes to make a guest happy, Room service is so quick you just need to dial 9 and you have what you demanded for . They have the best people at work The buffet Breakfast was good . The only things i don't like about this property is the Check in Timing (2PM) & in my room number 103 the noise was coming from Hotel's Gallery ( When someone is walking or someone opens the Door of their Room )

NillWorst group! If you have to book, please use some booking platform. DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THEM. I booked 2 rooms in August 2024 in Yashshree Lachung. In mid October I came to know that the roads to Lachung are closed. I called and asked and got the same info (they never informed). I canceled the booking on October 17. From that day I was waiting and waiting and waiting for the refund. Finally, I wrote to them asking for my money and they asked for my bank details! Why can't they refund to my credit card? Well, I shared the same. Still no response. After few days I again connected. Then they said they were unable to transfer to the bank account and asked for alternate account which I furnished. Again nothing. On my writing to their MD, CEO, again they asked for another bank account which I shared. Finally, on November 26 I got a refund of Rs. 12918. Actual refund was of Rs. 13239. When I asked about the deficit, I was informed that Rs. 321 was deducted as "transfer charges of payment gateway". I really don't understand which payment gateway deducts Rs. 321 as payment gateway charges! I've asked them but not got any reply. They talk very nicely on phone but when it comes to action, it's a very very very slow response. Let's see when I will get my balance amount !!!!

NillThe hotel's location was excellent, making it easily accessible and convenient. However, the staff's inexperience and lack of knowledge about the hotel's facilities was apparent, likely due to the recent change in ownership or management. While the food was enjoyable, the service was slow and required multiple follow-ups for simple requests. The room was comfortable, but the bedding and towels were old and of poor quality, which was disappointing. Overall, I believe the hotel has potential, but it needs improvement in terms of staff training, service efficiency, and upgrading its amenities to match the standards of its guests. With better management and decision-making, this hotel could truly shine. I hope this feedback helps the hotel to identify areas for improvement.

NillIt's a very old hotel, don't look at the online pictures. Although the valley view is good, one should expect a decent room at this price but nooo I won't recommend anyone to stay there. You have other good options on the mall road. The room was stinky when we went. The staff is amazing, and well behaved.

NillWe stayed at this hotel from 23rd Nov to 26th Nov 24. Room was spacious,neat and clean with balcony facing mountain view.Dinner prepared by Chef Vipin Chauhan was delicious and served to us with smiling faces by Chiranjit Rana,Kiran Bhatt and Beauti Mondal.I would recommend this hotel .

NillVisted Mussoorie for the first time after lot of planning and decided to have stay in hotel Yashshree. The hotel is very well maintain with very vibrant vibes. Rooms were very clean and had a nice city view rooms. The breakfast spread is beautiful. The food was very tasty. The staff and everything was so good.

NillDisappointing Experience at Hotel Yashree in Mussoorie We as a group of 7 marrers booked Hotel Yashree online, but unfortunately, our stay was subpar. Upon arrival pics attached, we were greeted by a room filled with a seepage , foul smell. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches and spiders in the room, even on my bags. After tolerating the issues for a while, I requested a room change, which was eventually granted after a long negotiation which wasn't easy at all. Recommendation: Improve room maintenance, cleanliness, and pest control to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Need your staff to educate to be humble, empathetic and ensure how they would be responsive along with responsibility rather pass it on to different departments. Last but not the least, FOOD was good.
