FabHotel The Perfect Hideout - Hotel in Hathipaon Road, Mussoorie

I never give such reviews but i went here first time and experience was good about hotel and location but the owner's behavior was not good and very rude ...owner lady has her own rules and don't even have etiquette how to deal with guests…so have to think for next time.

I never give such reviews but the experience i had this time was unbelievable…this place used to be a wonderful experience but since the owner has taken over the charge 1-2 months back everything has changed…So called Mrs.Owner lady has her own rules and dnt even have etiquette how to deal with guests…she is extremely a rude lady…this place has limited staff….poor management and disgusting food….Lady owner mislead you in all things….whether its room or food….so if you want to relax and enjoy please look for other options….strongly not recommended

The hotel's location on Hathipaon Road Mussoorie, offers stunning views of the surrounding hills, adding to the overall charm of the place. Awesome experience. Location is perfect as the named itself clearly state The perfect Hideout. Room is bit average. I generally prefers elegant style room and room didn’t stand on my expectations (Deluxe room). Rest everything is simple perfect. The whole property is perfect. We feel it cozy and spacious. There is lots of spaces to sit out and enjoy the view. Food is also good. In future also I can stay the same property but next time I will book SUITE room 😊

I booked the room via agoda. Upon reaching there, the hotel denied booking saying that they have removed the tie-up. I had to spend another 2 hours to find a good hotel. If you have removed the tie up then you should make sure that your hotel is not listed on agoda. Both agoda and the hotel are at fault.

Such a beautiful view property at hill station (Mussorie) and managed by young and dynamic staff with good quality of food and services , especially property manager Mr.Sumit Grewal & Mr Paramjeet Lathar is well professional staff . Highly recommended property for visit.

OWNER IS MOST disgusting PERSON ,he dont have any ethics .most wrost and mannerless person.MR Gautam atleast learn to behave 1st than run bussiness.
