Hotel The 7 Seas

Stayed here in the September 2024. 1 star because that's the minimum you can give. Hotel is located at 5 to 6 kms away from the city centre with the parking facility for only 1 car and a couple of bikes. If full you'll have to park somewhere nearby on your own or a ditch on the opposite side. Room had bed and blanket and that was it. Gave us a room where AC wasn't working and bathroom was filthy. Bathroom had ants and mosquitoes. Spoke to them for the AC, they came quick tried to solve the AC issue, but we're not able to so they promised change of room when returned from sight seeing, but once we returned they took sometime and then gave us a room which had a filthy and very dirty bathroom. And didn't provide us with an AC Remote and didn't respond when asked, had to get it ourselves from the previous room. Reception provided us with an stryrofoam sheet mattress for an extra mattress, not the sponge or layered Styrofoam ones, just a single Styrofoam block. Didn't provide any extra blanket and when called multiple times, reception doesn't pick your calls. Room boys shifted our suitcases to our room, when asked for the remaining smalls bags or items, asked us to get it ourselves from the older room. When checking out at 6.30 am, reception was empty. Wouldn't have posted any review when I checked out and just left things as they are. So I didn't take any pics of the room and thought will just share my issues with the manager. But when they came to the desk and we told our issues, the manager started arguing and scolding us without giving an ear to our grievances. If you're coming here, all the best. First check your room here and then pay would be my recommendation. Management needs to work better. I did not stay at any other place in Rishikesh, but I feel others might be better.

Please don't go to this hotel it's all just fake Ac isn't working balcony wasn't clean and room bedsheet wasn't changed bathroom was very durty very much no proper service at all no complimentary breakfast also everything is just fake Google photo and review are just fake

Good place to be stay at with friends and family. Food accomodation and staff are really helpful here, the owner here is really very helpful and kind. We faced some issue with our travel guide and missed our train but the owner here made us feel comfortable and helped us arrange other options to travel

It was very soothing experience here. The staff was humble and welcoming. Safe and hygienic rooms. The stay was safe and comfortable . Food was decent in taste. I must recommend this hotel for everyone.

Hotel is managed by own property owner. He is really a nice guy his wife and he greeted us with a warm welcome for breakfast. After having staff and all the were having concern on everything going right.

Good experience while visited rishikesh,all services was good but location was outside of rishikesh if you visited you are take vikram rikshow and riched at hotel
