I recently stayed at Hotel Holy Vivasa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were impeccably designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful amenities in the room made the stay even more enjoyable. The services provided were up-to mark. From the seamless check-in process to the personalized touches during my stay, everything was handled with utmost care. Room service was prompt, and the staff went above and beyond to meet any requests. I wanted to highlight the courteous staff Behavior: The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They always had a smile on their faces and were eager to assist in any way possible. Overall, Holy Vivasa sets the gold standard for hospitality. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I recently stayed at and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, the ambiance stood out as one of the best I’ve encountered. The hotel features a modern yet cozy decor, with soothing lighting, tasteful artwork, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The rooms were equally impressive—spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which provided a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel’s restaurant. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes on offer, including local specialties and international cuisine. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any special requests. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the service was consistently excellent. Hotel Holy Vivasa exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts one could need. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was seamless. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the on-site amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch. Breakfast was very delicious.Great value for the quality and experience. Highly recommended!

Must recommended hotel. 5/5 for service/hospitality and 5/5 for food taste and quality. Just rooms are bit smaller as compared to any 4star (might others hotels in Rishikesh having same size standard, not sure). Just a feedback, they havnt arrange buffet in breakfast due to less number of guests (quite understandable) but there menu was very very limited for breakfast and it's same for other day too.. So first day, we enjoyed breakfast but second day, we just had breakfast not enjoyed. Rest, its awesome choice

Amazing stay! Really good hotel, close to a street market where you can buy anything. Room was very comfortable and clean, nothing to complain about it. Breakfast had a lot of options and really tasty food. All employees were very polite and helped with all things needed. I would definetly stay here again.

It’s been an amazing amazing stay, the Rooms - are sparkling clean, the washrooms are really clean and staff overall an all areas are so efficient and helpful that you won’t have to ask twice for anything. Breakfast - good spread, tasty, hygienic , good service. Kids and family enjoyed the pool time, which is clean and rooftop with good views and nicely maintained. Overall an excellent stay and location is great if you want to explore nearby areas , less busier than tapovan. I would recommend to everyone visiting here. They have good parking facility as well

It's a really wonderful hotel, well located with very comfortable rooms and kind staff who were very helpful. The view of the mountains was beautiful and the upstairs outside area was very well maintained. The one drawback, and it's not enough to take off a star but on our floor there is a staff office and the phone rang a lot, since the door was open we could hear it from our rool which was a bit annoying.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Every night post 11pm, there would be noise from the restaurant where they keep moving chairs and the room on 3rd floor would get disturbed. On 2nd night, they had a wedding on 1st floor and beyond 10.30pm (cut off timing for music in hotel) it still went on until midnight and post. So there was constant noise from 4th floor and 1st floor, so no scope of moving the floors. After repetitive complaints, nothing much happened. The manager of the hotel is the worst manager I have ever come across. He had no courtesy even to come and check what issues we had. During checkout the staff was so rude and hopeless. They have very poor guest relations desk. The receptionist acts very sweet, but she has no manners on how to speak and how to handle customer issues. It feels as if they are not interested in having guests in the hotel, no wonder almost entire hotel was empty Here there is no option else I would given rating in negative.Most pathetic staff and service in this hotel. They don't solve guests complaints and on top of that they blame guests for complaining.
