Townhouse OYO 1261 Hotel Rooftop

I had worst experience with OYO hotels. I booked hotel "Oyo Townhouse Hotel 1261 Rooftop Rishikesh". First the hotel owner was very rude and they mentioned incorrect location of hotel in Google Maps and it took him 1 hour to give us location on whatsapp. When we finally reached hotel we noticed the room was very dirty. Badsheet was not clean and there was no water in Flush tank. We immediately complain to hotel owner and he said "we don't have another room and you can checkout and complain to OYO cust. care". Never expected such service from townhouse. Never booking another OYO again.

Comfort pure: Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and floors, and delicious food (the cooks, by the way, are really flexible when it comes to special requests) . However, what makes this Places really Special is the exceptional Service. It´s the extremely positive attitude and absolute willingness of all the staff to assist and please the guest… definitely makes one feel valued.

I had a great stay there with my fiance.. services were great, the room was clean and had almost everything that was needed in a room to stay.. no unnecessary chaos or noise in the hotel. Was pretty quiet. I would recommend others to stay there.

I really loved the quality of the rooms and the view from the easily accessible rooftop. Staff was kind and helpful, ready to answer any question you might have about the city. On top of all that, it's very affordable.

Very very bed experience, No food testing, no service, Properly not hiring chef and manpower We reached hotel rooms and approximately 11:00 pm 26.05.2024, Taking dinner with my family group and chef misbehave. Very bed experience.

Very nice property, specially food was so mouth-watering aside from noise, peacfull place , triveni ghat, laxman jhulla etc just 10 to 15min far, highly recommended. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. The parking is free and right outside the hotel. Had a great stay. 👍❤
