Hotel Shivganga Retreat

Dirty room nobody is listening kitchen is very dirty…. Bed sheets cover are dirty washrooms are not working… if you are visiting with kids plz search somewhere else…. They charged 1000 per room…

Pathetic room, dirty blanket (i got allergic), poor service, dirty towel and Bedsheet, no shampoos no soaps, I don’t recommend others staying here

Worst experience.. some rooms are infested with termite insects, deemak bed par pure mein lagi Hui hai.. bedsheet is very dirty, it feels like they have not been changed for many months😞

It's a good family friendly hotel with approachable location it's on AIIMS road, rishikesh near to Triveni ghat. The behaviour of staff were very good and supportive. the hotel having a restaurant service also..

Just a basic hotel which is very much over priced. Bad receptionist guy. Rooms are not maintained and very unclean. Bed clothes had lot of stains. TV and geyser was not working.

Not working geyser.Cleaning was not done in the bathroom. Damp smell in the room. Room service third class.
