I had an excellent experience at this hotel, and I am delighted to share my appreciation for the outstanding service. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile, making my stay extremely comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special mention goes to Mr. Rohit, whose professionalism and warm approach stood out. He went the extra mile to ensure that every detail was taken care of, which truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and customer-centric service.

Great Stay with Excellent Rooms and Good Service We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Holiday Hills. The rooms were absolutely perfect — 10/10! Spacious, clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed. The windows were too big. It truly felt like a home away from home. The service was also quite good (8/10). The staff was polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were quick to assist with luggage and other needs. The only downside was the food and breakfast experience (3/10). The quality and variety were below expectations, and the taste didn’t quite match the standards of the rest of the hotel. This is one area that definitely needs improvement. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service. With a little attention to the dining experience, this could easily become a top-tier destination. Would recommend for families and couples alike!

Had a fantastic stay a Holiday hill hotel.The room was clean and hygienic.the behavior of the staff was very good specially hotel manager Rohit Thapliyan.The location was perfect near local attraction Triveni ghat,Ram jhula.food quality was also good

Had an amazing stay at Holiday hill. It’s very near to AIIMS. I am thankful to the generous staff, specially Mr. Rohit who made sure we got appropriate transport. Amazing service and staff. Kudos, looking forward to visit again.

Good hospitality and service. Nice rooms , safety taken care.|Very good reception and kitchen. Need a variety in breakfast. Overall recommended for a warm stay in Rishikesh
