We went for a day at this hotel and the staff is not at all courteous, we had babies with us and asked them to warm their food and they refused for the same. Time for checkin is 2 and till 3:30 we were not given room. Only the location and buffet breakfast is good point for this hotel else everything is minus.

Wonderful property. Great staff. Good food. Mr. Harsh, Deep,Om,Veer... All are very helpful....thank you... We left out wallet in the room, the staff was so honest and helpful, we received all the money and they have sent the wallet by courier to Delhi. Very grateful for all the support.

The reception area has a welcoming vibe, with traditional decor that reflects the culture of Rishikesh. It’s not the flashiest hotel, but it definitely has a comforting, homely atmosphere that makes you feel at ease right away. The hotel is situated near some key landmarks, including Triveni Ghat and the famous Lakshman Jhula. For me, this was a major plus because I was able to take a short walk to these iconic spots whenever I felt like soaking in the spiritual essence of Rishikesh. The service was extremely disappointing. The service desk rarely answers calls, making it nearly impossible to get assistance. Despite attempting to book an event five months in advance, I was never connected with the responsible sales representative. I visited the property three times, only to be met with repeated excuses, such as "the sales person is unavailable, please come tomorrow." There was no follow-up, no callbacks, and no accountability. Ultimately, I decided not to choose this venue due to its unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility. This experience was frustrating and far below expectations.

Extremely unprofessional staff . They took forever to check in and first room they showed was full of smell. During booking we requested for an early check in. We got a blank look and firstly they asked 1000 rupees per room and we agreed to pay and checked in. After 15 minutes we received a call it is 1500 rupees and even though charging us for early check in breakfast not included. We booked originally with breakfast . Finally , girls tried to help and gave us paid upgrades for 2000 rupees. Cleanliness I will say horrible conduit room falling a part and bathroom is full of mold. Waste of money and they will try to take out every bit of penny from your pocket.

Wonderful stay. I dropped my jacket in the room , Mr. DEEP Maithani ji, With his responsibility courier my jacket to gurgaon to my location with in 2 days. Wonderful staff and services. Highly recommended. Thank you Hotel Natraj.
