Hotel Prasanna Inn

Bed linen was dirty. No staff was seen only one person waa maintaining the property. No room service was available. Only me was there. I left the hotel immediately. 🙁🙁

Stay at Hotel was comfortable and Pleasant. We have chosen executive rooms with riverside view. Hotel staffs were cooperative. Although due to shortage of staff service was a little delayed but it was ok as the manager himself served out of their busy hours. The ghats are easily connected with the back side of hotel. If you are with kids you may prefer ground floor.View from hotel roof top was amazing. I wanted to cut 0.5 stars since the wardrobes of rooms could not be used due to seepage smell. Overall wonderful stay. 👍🏻👍🏻Food served was also good

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here ... The ganga view is amazing from balcony. It is also nearby key locations like Janki jula , ramjula , triveni ghat . Room was specious and clean. Within 1km area you can do river rafting as well. Hotel staff was very co-operative. Food from Zomato was allowed too. Very much relaxing surrounding and positivity

Way overrated and overpriced for service provided. Only good thing about this is it has great view of river Ganga, nothing more. I booked this property for 2 nights in Oct 2023 after recommendation from a friend. It is more of a bus stand lodge than a hotel. Room was priced at 3500 per night. Average room with zero amenities. Nothing was provided except handwash and towels. Had to call 4 times to start tv channel, no complimentary water bottle. Hotel reception guy utterly arrogant and rude. Staff was very supportive and down to earth. We checked out next morning itself. Requested him if we could take room for extra 30 mins because it was difficult to visit temples with luggage. He didn't agree even when occupancy was only 20-30%. Never had such a bad experience ever in my life. My recommendation is find another hotel which is quite available at this price.

A very old hotel near the banks of Ganga ji but recently renovated and what a view of the river overlooking hills and Janki ji jhoola from the few rooms located in front side. Food is nice and so is the service.

Decent accommodation, clean and spacious room. We got one Executive and one Family suite. Meals were light and homely. Service quick and considerate. And best part. It was bang on riverbank. View from balcony is awesome and the sideway along with mighty Ganga is a sight to behold.

I have visited this property 2 weeks before. I was little bit upset when moving thru narrow street to property but after entering in my executive room totally astonished. View from balcony of room was awesome & forgotten every problem faced to reach at property. Very prime location, neat & clean spacious room with cooperative staff. I will highly recommend to stay in this property during visit to Rishikesh.

Our 5 days stay in Hotel Prasanna Inn was very peaceful and eventful.|The Ganga view room was beautiful and the view from the room and the balcony was amazing and eye pleasing! May be the best view of river Ganga flowing from green mountains.|The hotel Manager Mr. Kuldeep Sing Parmar was very very helpful and his staff was supportive too. |Mr Kuldeep also helped us in managing our day visits to nearby places. We always felt secure and free during our stay.||Though the hotel doesent have restaurant functioning, you can get tea/coffee made in their kitchen and you can order food from outside that can be served by hotel staff in your room.Rooms are clean. ||The two minus point we felt about this hotel was the approach road. Its through a narrow lane. And lack of any restaurant nearby. ||Otherwise its a good hotel for mid range with basic amenities. We suggested to the manager to make Ganga view rooms more up to date so that people can enjoy the stay.||Thanks so much hotel Prasanna for making our stay in Rishikesh enjoyable.||
