Very rude bahivar by staff, common washroom did not allow untill room booked. 3rd room service and room was not good. Not recommended for family and kids

This hotel is located on the main road, making it easy to find. It is also just 200 meters from Triveni Ghat, where the Ganga Ji Aarti takes place.

Worst Hotel ever stay....I suggest everyone don't go this hotel....Worst service....bad behaviour of old man towards Customer....no towel .....no drinking water but taking higher room rent.....just because the hotel is infront of Triveni Ghat chowk people like us go there.....They taking higher price like 3 star hotel but room is like bus stand side ghatiya hotel. Don't ever go.

Very good and clean rooms with bed warmers which were very helpful in the Cold weather , located within walking distance from Badrinath Temple and food was also good

I recently stayed at Akash Ganga Hotel in Rishikesh, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Here are the reasons why I would not recommend this hotel: Service and Attitude: The hotel staff treated us poorly, making us feel unwelcome. When I offered to pay via UPI, they outright refused, claiming it was due to taxes. Instead, they demanded cash, which left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. Restaurant Service: The hotel’s restaurant service was subpar. Not only did it take an unusually long time to receive our food, but the quality was also disappointing. Tasteless dishes and odd restaurant hours (with the last order accepted only until 10:30 PM) added to our dissatisfaction. Room Conditions: While the rooms were spacious, they were far from clean. We encountered lizards and cockroaches on the walls, and an unpleasant odor permeated the air. Despite requesting room fresheners and mosquito repellents, it took hours for the staff to respond. Location: Akash Ganga Hotel is situated in the middle of a busy market area, surrounded by traffic. Not an ideal location for a peaceful stay. In summary, Akash Ganga Hotel failed to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I recommend exploring other options in Rishikesh for a more enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a big froud hotel all electronics equipments like fan switches, gyser and switches are prone to shock . Very bad hotel facilities and room charges are very high. Don't go there ,not even for asking them they will not listen you. Fix charges.

Mood buster !!! The owners were rude and arrogant. They charge parking fee without any authorisation even for checking out their rooms. The rooms smells and washrooms not clean at all.
