Hotel Townhouse unit of Brushwood homestay

We made a reservation for this place beforehand and we got here by 23.00 because of a delay with the train. As we were tired and just wanted to go to bed, we stayed for a night. The service was bad, as the man at the counter spoke little English and I had to call the manager when I wanted something fixed. The blankets were molding, smelled really bad and had all types of stains in them. So we asked for clean ones. The service counter told us we had clean ones, but brought us other ones. These ones were even worse, once again a terrible mold was present on the blanket. The room was really dusty and overall just dirty. We are used to other standards of course, but to even be calling this a Hotel is a joke to the whole sector, this is just terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone and when I spoke to the manager about it, he told me I should’ve left earlier if I didn’t enjoy it. The price/quality ratio is completely mental, if I knew beforehand what an awful place this was I wouldn’t have booked it.

Terrible experience. We booked two nights but left after the first one. I have no words for the room and bathroom. The bedding smelled like mold and was clearly not washed. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages and there was no toiletpaper. When we asked for clean bedding we got an even worse sheet. Since we arrived very late in the evening we decided to just stay the first night, and to leave the next morning. The receptionist spoke little English, so we had to talk to the manager over the phone who told us he would not give us the money back for the night we didn’t stay: “you should have left immediately if you didn’t like the room.” No service what so ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Don't order food from hotel references. Room is good but service is very bad. AC is also good..

Room condition is really bad. A lot of insects fall down on the bed from the ceiling. No room service. rats easily come into the room even when the door is closed, save your essentials as they tear your bags, clothes etc.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. The view of mountains from hotel is very nice. I enjoyed my four days stay in this hotel. It's a bit far from Ram jhula and Laxman jhula but it's close to main road from where you can get transport for all places. Nearby Sai ghat river front is beautiful where you can walk upto Triveni ghat.

TV not available, seepage on the walls. Receptionist have zero knowledge about nearby places. Location is also out of city. Noisy rooms no sound proof

The worst hotel experience i have ever experienced...even for water you have to call the staff..there was only one person available who usually cut your call, when you call him for anythingh. I have to checkout around 6 am. But the gate was locked and the staff member did not pick up the call even after calling him several times in a row. So had to wait for around 1 hour. I would not recommend this hotel at all.Better stay at a aashram or dharmshala instead of this hotel.

It was very pleasant stay, very cooperative and polite behaviour of owners, its like home. Good facilities provided, clean rooms , 24/7 customer care service , liked it , recommend to all
