Very nice hotel. Quiet. Comfortable. Neat and Clean |Conveniently located to experience the ghat life of river Ganga ji. Places or Spiritual importance are within walking distance. Food quality is decent and services are fit for purpose.

We went to have Ala Carte lunch with them. Although this was our second time with them. The staff had a good service oriented approach and taking care of our Guest request. They made sure that we had exactly the kind of food we were in search of. It was overall a very nice experience we had, especially more so this time. Keep up the good job, team👍

Nice room, food and service Good.|Hotel is situated on main road.|Hospitality was amazing. |Staff were cooperative.|Everyone was serving service with smile. |Would love to visit The Neeraj Palace again in future. |One thing we missed that was Elevator as I came with my parents so it was hard for them. Hope next time will get it, as team promised. |Overall was amazing.

I had a stay with my friends. It was an excellent stay, The service, the accomodation, the food... Everything was good. Staff gives personalised touch and everything they do as much they can. |Well maintained property. |Will definitely go there again in our next visit.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Their washroom is more designed than the room😅. The food was okiesh and there is no lift facility, that's where they lost one star. The staff is very helpful and helped me with my luggage though. The hotel is away from the tapovan area and you may not find the area around so happening The traffic although is very normal and it's peaceful around I loved the cleanliness and overall the entire set up

Neeraj palace is best hotel in Rishikesh. We stayed and enjoy our stay with family. Food quality and taste was good. No doubt staff is very cooperative and supportive. |Property is near Ganga and Marine Drive. Will meet u in next visit guys, thank you so much for this memory

Great staycation, Room were awesome, my wife and kids loved the food. Wow... It's a budget property near River Ganga, with this serene environment of Marine drive, Triveni Ghar nearby, River Ganga flowing with you, This was THE BEST TRIP TO RISHIKESH EVER, and all of this was possible because of The Neeraj Palace's staff, Mr Umang & Miss Sonam They were very helpful, they made sure that everything is perfect. All the commitments made were fulfilled, We will love to visit again.
