I had a wonderful stay at la vista residency. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave great tips for local spots. The location is very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Great experience. The hotel has just opened 2 months ago and thus the rooms are super clean and well maintained and with sufficient space. The service is awesome. They listen to you and do as much they are capable of doing from their side. They have helped us arrange rafting and different adventure bookings as well. So overall it was an amazing experience to spend our long weekend there. Super friendly people. Thanks. (Not paid promotion) genuinely it was a great experience.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel has ample parking space for both four-wheelers and two-wheelers, which is a great convenience for travelers. Its location is excellent, with Laxman Jhula just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The terrace offers beautiful views of the Ganga, and the cool evening breeze creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rishikesh. 👍🏻

Stayed at La Vista Residency during our Rishikesh trip. The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location, just a short walk from Laxman Jhula and close to the major attractions, cafés, and ghats in the area. The rooms and stay experience were decent and comfortable. Booked this property as it opened recently in 2026, however the same is quashed between two buildings with no view on both sides. The buildings are 6-7 ft apart and one can literally touch Terrakota hotel from the right side. However, the service at the restaurant and front office operations need considerable improvement. The service felt quite haphazard, with delays and a lack of coordination at times. Better management of guest requests, restaurant service, and front desk operations would significantly enhance the overall experience. At times, it felt more like an inn being run by inexperienced staff rather than a professionally managed hotel. However special thanks to Aman, bell boy. Overall, it is a good option if location is your priority, but the management and service aspects need more attention to match the potential of the property. With better training and organization, the property has the potential to offer a much better stay experience.
