Hotel Paradise Ganga River Side

We booked this hotel for 3200 rupees/night for a side view room. But the hotel doesn't justify the money they are charging. Room was very much old with dirty atmosphere. The tap in the bathroom was broken. The lock of the door was not properly working. There was mosquito at the night and when we ask for any mosquito repellent, they were unable to provide. The lights of the room were very much dimmed and not anything was worth the money they were charging. The only PROS is ,it is in the Triveni Ghat, only the location is good. Except the location the hotel is too bad for one day stay also. Our experience is really horrific and I'll never suggest this hotel to anyone.

If there is a negative rating then that should be given to this hotel. They are just to spoil your trip and moods. Pathetic rooms. They are not as per the pictures at all. For 12 noon check in time they give you room at 5 pm that too without water bottle and towels. All bed sheets and towels are torn and smelly. Please don’t choose this hotel. Nothing is worth the torture.

Bad Hotel Experience Apart from the location, nothing was good about the hotel. I booked a Superior Room with a Ganga View Balcony & Breakfast for two days through MakeMyTrip, and had a very disappointing experience. The website listed many amenities, but even basic necessities were missing, such as toiletries, sanitizers, and toilet paper. Additional amenities like the air purifier, dining table, sofa, shower cap, iron/ironing board not provided and safe was non-operational. There was water seepage on the walls, and both the room and the washroom were poorly maintained. The hot water supply was dependent on solar power, which was unreliable. Parking was a major issue as there was no proper space. The hotel did not offer baggage porter or bellhop services, and there was very little response to customer calls. The staff was neither quick nor prompt in addressing concerns. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

We checked in in this hotel at around 8PM, we had booked 2 room for 8.8k with complementary breakfast from make my trip, but they provided us with a suite with 2 bedrooms that costs 4.5k only. At night, the AC was making noises in between at around 12AM, when we called the staff for help, they just said turn off the MCB which we had no idea about. Also these people refused us to give our complementary breakfast, even make my trip staff is not helping us in this case. They are disconnecting the call. First they charged us with higher price and not even breakfast was provided. Worst hotel experience so far!

The location of the hotel is amazing, it's very near to the triveni ghat and the staff was polite and considerate too, but the only draw back was the parking space for cars ,although plenty space was available for two wheeler vehicles.

It’s a decent place to stay and Reasonable price. Location of the hotel is really cool with a view of Ma Ganga. Over all it’s a perfect location to watch Harathi

We were on a tight budget, but Hotel Paradise Ganga offered great value for money. The deluxe room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location near Triveni Ghat was perfect for our pilgrimage.

Except location nothing good with hotel. Lots other good options are available at cheaper price. AC does not work properly. Expensive and unhygienic. Parking issue.
