Hotel Trihari

Food and room service was great, view from room was also amazing, but when comes to hygiene I would not advice to anyone. Better ask staff to clean rooms and washroom thoroughly before you check-in. Minus marks for hygiene. And in my entire trip till date, saw only hotel who doesn't provides even a brush, leave alone the dental kit.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with beds that were mostly well-maintained, though I did find a few small hairs on the bed and blanket. One room had an issue with the air conditioning, which wasn’t working, and the AC remote needed new batteries. In some rooms, the water pressure in the bathroom was low. On the positive side, the food service was excellent, especially if you have a meal package, and the menu offered a good variety. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were kept clean, tidy, and dry. Some walls had minor peeling putty, but it wasn’t too noticeable. The TV and Tata Sky setup box worked well, providing a wide range of channels to watch. Although the hotel offers fiber internet, there was no actual internet connection available during my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with Ganga Ghat, the local market, and Laxman Jhula nearby, making it a good choice for travelers.

I regret booking my stay at Trihari. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, and the check-in process took far longer than it should have. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked to find it in such poor condition. The carpet was stained, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, and there was a constant, annoying noise coming from the air conditioning system. The bathroom was even worse – the shower had mold in the corners, and the towels were thin and smelled musty. I immediately tried to reach out to the front desk to complain, but no one answered the phone. I ended up having to go downstairs in person, only to be met with a dismissive attitude. Waste of money and time.

Neat & Clean well maintained rooms. Comfortable . Good vibes . Excellent staff .. warm cordial and excellent service. Food is tasty and hygienic. Manager , Mr. Deepak Negi , a great guy very friendly helpful warm and cordial. Responds to Guests' needs and concerns instantly. He makes you feel at home away from home. Very good hotel, good location and price wise it's Value for money.

This Hotel is situated at Rishikesh, Uttrakhand, just near Janki Jhula. Location wise very good. But the co-operation we got was not satisfactory. We already had complementary dinner and breakfast as the trip was booked by a travel agency but we didn't take dinner; we asked for breakfast in the morning at around 10.30 in the morning but we were refused for a complementary breakfast as the time for breakfast is 10 am, we were asked to pay for breakfast. They have not informed us regarding this timing what they should. The Hotel rooms were also not properly cleaned while they told us that they use to change everything regularly. Location is good, nicely located.

Worst place to visit in Rishikesh. Their staffs are not behaving properly. At first they give you different prices for the hotel room and then they changed their prices accordingly to their convenience. They even asked us to leave before check out time. Let me come to their hotel room, room seems fines but there is no water facility, water is not coming. They are not even providing the solution. People who are planning to visit this hotel, my suggestion is to avoid this hotel. They will give the worst experience of your life.

Disappointing Stay - I recently stayed at hotel Trihari Rishikesh and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned – there were stains on the sheets, and plaster fell from the ceiling. Towels were not there in the bathroom. The staff was unhelpful. When we asked for lunch, they told that gas is not working you can eat from outside. When we ordered breakfast they told us that 90% of the items are not available.

Nice experience but wifi should be installed a better version hardly We got wifi in this hotel , rest food n rooms are very nice
