Shree ji Retreat - A Boutique Stay

I didn't get those room which I have pre booked they have given us room no 101(room is neat nd good enough to stay but)nd at mrng till afternoon they were only saying we are chnge ur room in few time few time but no action was taken So this was not the way that ur customer is paying advance but not getting proper service So will never suggest anyone when we have said to ur staff about check out another day which was 13th ur one of male staff was say us ( jao ap roka kisne h apko) this is the was of talking Nd this was not the matter they was of talking nd we have per booked so u can't give anyone that room ur receptionist know that we will came late nightLiterally worst experience👎 nd no manners in staff
