Bad service. Staff open rooms without permission in my absence No room service. Laundry service very bad.

The washroom was not clean , the tap was not working properly. Food charges are too high. When we ordered chinese food and asked the price for particulars they said don't worry the prices are normal but at the time of checkout they charged a high amount for that food , which was not expected . I was very disappointed .

Worst experience i have been ever faced at rishikesh.staff don't know how to deal with customers.i came here along with a patient instead of providing me facilities they ask me to fill up the water bottles by myself .There are two people's who is managing this hotel rooms both of them are so rude and irritating infact I stayed over there for 4 days they haven't cleaned mine rooms and changed the bedsheets as well.they have not given a me single water bottle.bedsheets are also very dirty like they haven't changed them from a month.sometimes no power supply in boards as well as water amenities are also not good.please don't go there.Mannerless staff and management worst services in hospitality management.

Pathetic service they want you to provide full payment and than they provide pathetic services. They did not give you clean rooms and not even bedsheets and not even water please dont come here to waist your money

Very unhygienic rooms The photos which they post are totally fake.Parking also not available. Washroom are too dirty.Firstly see the rooms then make payment. Very disappointed from their services. They only make fool.

From. Last four hours i need blanket i have told them atleast 10times but they didn't response and totally mannerless staffs.. If they arr continued this type of staff then is hotel p aana koi pasand ni krega..... I will never recommend to anyone for this hotel... Worst experience ever

Worst hotel.there is no electricity no water no bedsheet they provided.Please i would suggest dont stay here..Worst hotel in rishikesh.

Worst experience ever….I would never recommend to anyone for staying here…mannerless staff…Specially his name is pradeep…who is totally mannerless person…Never try this hotel..
