We booked our room a week earlier before went there still they took more than 1 hour to handle us our room key because the ac was not working properly.. this is height of carelessness as they had enough time to fix it before we reached. Our first day were half gone coz of it, in the evening when we asked for the dinner, they made us wait again and finally answered, staff were less and there were not enough guests here so we didn't prepare anything but if you want we can make Maggie or pasta for you, what kind of service is this? Are you kidding in the name of hotel?? Due to their attitude we forced to go outside late at night for the dinner! When it comes to room service we had to asked again and again for the basic things like towel in the washrooms or dustbin or waterbottle. Due to their negligence behaviour and poor services we had to leave the very next day and booked another hotel, such a waste of time and energy.. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, please stay away from it if you don't want to ruin your experience of Rishikesh!

Very good hotel all the staff & the owner were very supportive to us & helped us with taxi & autos for sightseeing in Rishikesh, we recommend this hotel for family n groups. Thank you rajat ji.

The service, rooms and above all food was really very good. Got a deluxe king room with bathtub. Our child enjoyed a lot in pool and bathtub. Rooms and washroom was very clean The staff was really helpful.Their manager Mr Murli is also very polite and helpful.

Solid hotel! I got the king room with a bathtub. The whole place was insanely clean and the room was spacious. The workers were very nice. Only thing to be mindful of is that the bathroom smells a little funky but we’ve found that to be the case in all places around here. Enjoy!

Great hotel. Staff has maintained cleanliness properly. They specially arranged tubes for my daughters for pool. Gave us extra time to enjoy in the pool. Sachin sir was very helpful. They guided us very well. Murli sir was very kind. Food was amazing. I loved the bathroom coz it was very spacious..neat and clean and had tub too. Overall it was an amazing experience.

I think best part was the clean rooms and great view from the bathtub. I have really enjoyed my stay with my family. We had great fun in the swimming pool and can’t forget the delicious food at their amazing roof top restaurant.|One thing is recommending for everyone is safe parking inside the hotel itself and a good Wi-Fi connection

Had a great time here. Rooms will give you a feeling of resort with affordable prices. This hotel is a gem discovered by me on my birthday. Parking is available with awesome food service as well.

Best place to stay in Rishikesh, infrastructure, lift, swimming pool, terrace, cooperative staff, easy to locate, parking space everything is available here. No need to search for any other option.
