There was no electricity, too much attitude, very rude, very dirty bathroom. Smelly room. Power cut all the time. They don't even change room. Food was not tasty. I will not recommend you. If you wanna burn your money. Be my guest

I had great experience at hotel yamunotri retreat. Very big and clean room. Very tasty chowmein, Manchurian and paneer butter masala I tried. Looking forward to come back next week with my family.

Fab company customer care People one of the cheating and 420 officials in the India I haven't seen and experienced wrong Commitments no proper solutions for the compliant to the team I never recommend to Any one my personal experience so disappointed. Coming to hotel in my room no ac is working after multiple compliant please don't choose these hotel and service provider fab company fraud officials

Really amazed to experience such a warm and healthy hospitality form u guys. Chinese food is just awesome. Rooms are well maintained and big. Service are on top. ll' definitely see you guys in my next trip

Hii everyone please don’t come over here, I am very disappointed from the receptionist ( Mr. Dubey) he was very rude and unprofessional. I reserved my room through online and paid 30% in advance. When I reached there, before paying the rest of the money I asked him to show the room. Going from lift, the lift was full of mosquitoes, and dirty. The room is full on dust everywhere and smells very bad. when my husband talk to him about the room, he said it’s up to you stay or leave, that’s how they disrespect the guests. we left that hotel without even get back our advance, because we felt unsafe there.

Please dont consider this hotel for your stay and don't book a room here. My experience with their hospitality and service is worst. I booked a deluxe room for 3 adult stay, being honest here room was nice and clean except the washroom , but the main issue was with the service, we pre booked the book paying 5% of the amount and when we reached there they asked for the full amount before checkout if i want to stay , they said this is the policy here which was the first disappointment with them, our total stay for two days costed around 6000 which was much higher considering the stay being provided. Another disappointment comes during the check-out that they don't even provide you with the bill, during my check-out they told me that you will be recieving bill on your email but even after 4 days i wasn't recieved any bill from their side, though i tried contacting them on their customer care multiple times but no one responded. I somehow managed to get the number of the reception desk but the person completely denied to share the bill and told me to download it from where i booked my room, to my surprise i booked the room offline by contacting time. I have stayed in multiple hotels but with fab yamunotri my experience was worst considering the amount i have paid. Having said that i just only want to say please don't consider them ever for your stay you can find better affordable hotels in tapovan.I wish my feedback could reach out of their owner or head so that they can help me by providing me the invoice of my stay. Thankyou

My experience at hotel yamunotri retreat was very nice. Clean and hygienic made food. Top notch. I had all my meals there cause the food was really tasty. Thank you for a great stay. I'll surely be back.
