I stayed at Tapovan Hill in November, expecting a 3-star experience, but it fell short in several aspects. Here’s a detailed review: Positives: • Service: The staff provided quick and responsive service. • Room Size: Spacious rooms. • Amenities: Hot water was available, and the TV worked fine. • Parking: Separate parking for bikes was a good addition. Areas for Improvement: 1. Cleanliness: The quilt and blanket were dirty, and I had to request replacements. No towels were provided in the bathroom. 2. Cost of Food: The food felt overpriced for its quality. 3. View and Ventilation: The biggest letdown was the blocked windows due to ongoing construction, which resulted in poor ventilation and no natural light. 4. Comfort: While the staff seemed friendly, I felt uncomfortable due to the way they observed guests. Overall: Though some aspects like service and basic amenities were satisfactory, the hotel has significant room for improvement to justify its 3-star classification. I would suggest improving cleanliness, providing a better view, and addressing issues with ventilation.

Great rooms, homely food, nice views (if you pick that option). But the best part is the warm staff. I've rarely seen hotel so accommodating, friendly and warm. Rishabh was particularly amazing with a constant smile. He even personally made it his responsibility to ensure my friends reached their trek base at 5 in the morning! Thanks folks

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels. The service was outstanding – the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. I had pre booking. Due to parking issues at the time of checkin, I got skeptical about the hotel. So I checked the hotel and rooms before checking in and got disappointed and left. This is a tiny hotel. The lobby was nice. Mountain view rooms didn't have mountain view. The washrooms were not very good. 1 room they showed us were nice. But other rooms had weird smell and seems not very well maintained. The hotel is situated way too far from main road and deep inside the tiny streets. It will be difficult to drive there if you are not a very good driver. Even though their pages say they have parking they actually don't. They got our cars parked on the inclined road which was tiny and far from hotel. There was a small accident also with another car because of tight parking. The view from hotel windows and balcony was of a under.construction building probably extension of same hotel. But there was very little space between the hotel and under construction building. There was extremely loud noise of marble cutting machines from the next building which their staff said will go till 7-8pm and receptionist said will go to 5:30. Not recommended at all. Due to false information of hotel, I had to roam around with my large family and 2 infants. 0 stars.

I recently visited this place and I can say it was a good experience.The hotel location was good for exploring the city. The room was clean and well maintained.The food was delicious. I would highly recommend Tapovan hills to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.
