Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Tapovan, Rishikesh

The rooms are quite expensive due to the location. 🥲 It is on the main road. But we saw several hotels and it was far better and in budget as compared to others. 👍 The rooms are clean, service was great… But the property has no views, balcony is totally useless. We tried the breakfast buffet and it was good, there was English, South Indian as well as North Indian options available. (I would suggest you to look for a hotel near the Ram Jhulla or Laxman Jhulla as then you can probably see the Ganga Aarti easily and go to Ganga ji by walk.)

Good, decent hotel location very close to Laxman Jhula. The rooms are of comfortable size, clean, and neatly made up. The bathroom was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and we had a very comfortable stay. The food we ordered was also good and reasonably priced.

the staff service was amazing. I was sick when I checked in returning from a trek. Called them at 3 am if they would do in room dining at that hour. They don’t have midnight service . But when I said I was not well they served me toast and milk. Rooms were clean and service was great . The manager and chef were friendly . I had an amazing stay in this hotel. I usually don’t write reviews but this one deserved one .

Not a lemon tree property. Now it's managed by earth one. If I compared my last visit 6 months back when it was managed by lemon tree in that case this time service was poor. as it's newly taken by earth one i can give them a benefit of doubt that they will improve in future. Location is good. Room is good but having plumbing issue in all washrooms. Taps are blocked in the washroom. May b they will fix it later. Located in tapovan main road adjacent to Bliss Ganga. Don't book online, just visit and then do booking.

I recently stayed at Hotel Key Lite by Lemon Tree.The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city.||The staff were courteous and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were promptly addressed.||While the food quality was good, the breakfast menu could benefit from more variety, especially for longer stays.The cafe staff were very courteous. Archana & Bhawna were quite helpful in serving. The cafe incharge Vinod himself was taking care of everything.

Smooth check in process, nice comfortable rooms, great location, warm and welcoming staff. Breakfast service for super awesome, chef was extremely helpful and friendly and was looking to serve fresh warm food on table.|Great service provided by Archana . Thanks to the FNB team especially Anil, Vinod and Mohit. Overall had a good experience.

Overall experience was fine , the morning breakfast service by Mohit , Anil was excellent though .|Chef vinod cooked really good dishes.|The view of room was not there though |Neither view of river nor view of mountains.|The other chains of lemon tree were better
