Too much dust and dirty room provided. Bad sheet are also not clean and the very wrost part toilet wash basin broken. Dont recomment to anyone this hotel.

My Life’s worst hostel. I have seen till now. Very much dust, insects,), rude or incompetent staff, broken amenities AC, uncomfortable bedding, and safety concerns using abuse language do not refunding money giving knowledge about GST

Our family stay in this property cam as a shocker. the same was booked by Make My Trip and was the worse amongst all hotels that we were booke in by Make My Trip. The rooms were filthy including the furnishings, there was sever lack of basic amenities like a wardrobe or for that matter even a clothes hanger. The rooms were dirty like the same had not been cleaned for ages. Though the food was the only abberation in the entire scheme of things, being a bit tasty. Otherwise the same place is absolutely not recommended

Everything was ok but the bedsheets were dirty, waited an hour as the owner said he’ll get it changed and later when no one showed up, we went to him when he said there is nothing he can do because there’s no staff. Gave us curtains instead of bedsheet ( not sure if they were clean or not). Had to literally sleep on curtains plus the washroom was very stinky. Please work on hygiene apart from that there was no issue.

Pathetic stay, paid 4000/- for room no 304 which is the best room category as per the manager but it was a stinking room with no cleanliness dirty bedding, washroom was dirty with no geyser facility and even no bucket. There is no Room service even for drinking water you need to buy it from outside. Better to stay in dharmshala rather booking such a low standard room at that much high cost.
