Pride Hotel Rishikesh

We Stayed at Hotel Pride Rishikesh from 8th November to 10th November. We had 3 rooms booked, and really loved the place. It has a SPA. Swimming Pool, Kids Play Room lovely Deck on the terrace and awesome restaurant. ||We loved the food, specially the staff was too helpful, after 2 days our parents wanted pure desi gujju food which was not there in the menu like Gujarati Kadhi and Khichdi, when we talked to the Chef he was more then happy to go out of the way and prepare the same for us and keep it ready by the time we reached the restaurant. Not only Gujarati food or Indian Food, Kids had ordered Pizza, Pastas, Garlic Breads, Nachos on various occasions and it was all good.||Room service too was superb. Rooms were neat and clean, property too seemd newly built, amazing ambiance. ||Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Especially our parents loved it.

The staff at Pride rishikesh made my stay truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The front desk team was efficient and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate, and the concierge provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by every member of the team. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Pride rishikesh and its outstanding staff specially Mr.Suresh from front office definitely I will visiting the area again

I didn't enjoy my stay. The hotel claims to be 4 star however it doesn't have any 4 star services. Room: Mediocre rooms with small bathrooms which don't look tidy. They don't provide you shampoos and lotions in clean bottles, instead in wall mounted dispensers which smell like they have never been cleaned. The lotion smelled like rotten, we asked for replacements to which they got a mug with something resembling cream to replace the dispensers. That was unhygienic and we said no. Food: We paid extra for breakfast while booking (No complimentary breakfast) and it was disappointing to say the least. There was one fruit juice- watermelon, some jeera water as beverage. No deserts or cakes. Overall not upto the mark. Staff: Staff is helpful however there is only so much they can do with mid level facilities. Overall, not so satisfactory experience. I will give it 2 stars max.

Everything at the hotel was good. The food was preety good and also the staff and the other members were courteous. Must stay at hotel and I surely recommend this. Rooms were preety clean and also the facilities provided were upto the mark. Sure stay

We had a great experience at Hotel Pride. The staff was amazing and very kid-friendly. The chef Manish and waiter, Pushpinder, were incredibly patient while we ordered food for my baby, who is a bit of a fussy eater and prefers food that feels like home. The chef did an excellent job every time I had instructions for my baby's food. Overall, we had an amazing time there.

We stayed at Pride hotel for two days. It was good experience. Housekeeping require little more attention best part is dinning experience especially the breakfast part. Service staff chandramohan is very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to pushpendra for his courteous and personalized attention towards our need. Breakfast have decent offerings with good taste.

Its a very tiny hotel. The rooms have no view outside. No natural light. The towels are torn. I booked a suite an the staff did not check the bath linen at all. The food at 360degrees is amazing..the only view u get is from the restaurant. I did not enjoy the stay

We had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly cooperative, and a special thanks to Manish for going above and beyond. He was always ready to assist, especially since we were traveling with a small child. Truly appreciated
