Shiv Ganga Hotel

I've stayed here twice now, and both times the experience has been awful. The first time, I was made to wait for an hour at checkout because they couldn't find the TV remote. What am I supposed to do with a remote? Then, the second time, I thought I'd give them another chance and stayed at the same hotel. But this time, the bathroom tap was broken and I had already reported it, but they still charged me at checkout.

Very good staff and location. Rooms are good and beds are sufficiently big, washrooms were little less maintained but they will soon improve it. Best thing was the behaviour and cooperation of staff and owner, Vikram ji. Overall it was a very good experience. Highly recommended.

The best cooperative services you can find in a money oriented place. They really still believes in the slogan "Atithi Devo Bhava" nd do stand on it. The services were fantastic and they even fixed almost all the problems in a just a few hours. A must visit and must try hotel with a surrounding sure to remind you of your home...

The place was amazing. It is near the market .Rooms were hygienic and the main thing was that the staff were very cooperative and supportive .... a must place for staying in rishikesh🤌

It mesmerizes the eyes to gaze at the beautiful creatures that hover all over the beach and on the deep-sea waters. There are sights of beautiful birds that fly all over the dry shore land and over the seawaters. Their colored feathers brightened the sea with marvelous appearance at their illumination by the sun rays good not so expensive we stay for one day in just 1300 rupee 5 people in 1300 rupees very affordable good staff no wifi internet issue in closed rooms

The rooms are very average, with very average furniture and facilities. 3star is a gimmick. The staff is polite and friendly but the owner (who is a lady) is very cunning and behaves very rudely. Not even sufficient toiletries were provided.
