Clean room. In a great location. supporting staff. The only issue I found for the room ( deluxe room) I stayed in was the curtains. The curtains installed were thin. At night the street light will pass through the curtains and light up the room and trouble your sleep. In the morning the sunlight will fall on your face through the thin curtains that will disrupt your sleep. it's annoying. they should address this issue.

Shiv Vilas Hotel offers a decent stay with several convenient amenities. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel provides ample parking space for 5-6 vehicles right at the front. The presence of an in-house restaurant is a plus (menu photos attached), and the availability of a geyser ensures a warm bath. Service is good and the owner is well mannered. However, a few areas need improvement. Despite being a 3-star hotel, there were no milk or coffee packets provided in the room. Additionally, the quality of the bedsheets and pillows could be better. I believe it was not the even cleaned. It’s also worth noting that the electricity was inconsistent throughout the night, though this might be more of a Rishikesh-wide issue.

Pls avoid this hotel at any cost. The staff is highly unprofessional. Their sales executive Diksha in particular was extremely rude with us over the phone and denied to cater to our request though the manager Mr. Jitendar is a very nice person and handled our query professionally.

Only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Rest from service to cleanliness, this hotel runs at Negative . We booked standard rooms , and we were given room last back of hotel with no sunlight. Room was shabby , dark . Walls are full of water marks, Pillow cover and duvet had hairs on it. And lastly , Breakfast !!!! 1 bowl poha , 2 aloopartha and 2 cup of tea and they charged 500 pp for this. And taste was soon bad. No buffet, no choice asked in breakfast and no water was offered. Overall ,it's a overpriced old hotel with no 3star facilities and poor service.

Room is too small and bedsheets are dirty. Plus there is no insulation in the rooms you will feel like you're on the road and it's hard to sleep in the night.

My stay was great. Rooms was decent with nice mountain view. Location is best. Food was also yummy. All staffs are very helpful and generous.

No own parking and they use to recommend for paid parking which is very much congested place , u can not park vehicle like grand vitara easily. U will get unwanted screch on ur car. Beware. Rest things are ok
