Service was a bit slow, I didn't like the staff behaviour, in the night when we were clicking the pics in the lobby area at night with family, their staff were hooting from the roof and doing cheeky things watching our girls. When I questioned them , they hid over their staff quarter based over the roof. We left the property the very next day and extended our stay at regenta inn by the Ganges . After this, we felt any brand chain is much better than these local grown brands as their staff are not from hotel management background and they don't know how to treat their guests . I hope their owner or respective team will take care of this issue. The location and property is good and for these reasons only I gave them 3 stars else i would have given a single star based on their staff behaviour.

The service here was great, and Rahul was especially nice - goes out of his way to help you with a friendly smile! The property pictures are definitely deceptive. Not what it looks like. Breakfast was decent

1.Location was not good. Entrance is like crossing the bridge. 2. The room was not ready when we entered into the hotel. And also nobody had a smile on their face/nobody even greeted to welcome the guests. 3. The washroom was not clean much. 4. Room service Staff was average. 5.When we asked for water, they told that room service has not been started yet. 6.When we ordered food in our room, they told that food will be delivered only once and if we require anything else,then they will not provide it. 7. When we finished our dinner we asked them to collect the dishes from the room, so they told us room service has been closed now and keep it outside the room and it was lying there until next day. 8. At the time of check out, nobody came to carry the luggage.

Facility is good for family stay. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Hotel staff is cooperative and friendly. Food quality is decent, non oily and quantity also sufficient. Overall it’s good property to stay.

They hired a really smart photographer for the pics of rooms n property’s exterior. Rooms are almost half the size how they look in the pics. And even the exterior of property is not how it’s shown in pics. Service staff was good.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was overall good. They say it's a 4 star property but not sure which agency has rated them. No way they can dream of being a 4 star. Room is good and spacious but lacks the touch and feel of even a 3 star property. Food was good and the staff was helpful. They even provided our driver with some facilities.. Location was away from the crowded areas and hence, we were happy about it. Overall, it's a good one but need to improve its standards to call it a 4 star.
