Hotel Rishikesh Grand

I had visited this property a few days back and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and polite… the food and cleanliness were up to the mark . I’ll definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I liked this hotel... Specially the swimming pool( which you can use it for free even night time - so after exploring the city you can come back and swim ) The staff didnt bother us at all.. Room were clean..

I stayed there for a weekend and the service there was good. For people who want to eat something please don't order anything directly from the hotel the food there is not tasty. The hotel staff can make changes in that department otherwise i am Fully satisfied with the service.

Very Pleasant stay. In spite of the peak of monsoon , the room was fresh. Prompt quality service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, very nice food in restaurant. Reception staff professionally helped me to solve a number of requests. Also thanks to R. who helped me with the taxi arrangements. Enjoy

I had very bad experience. After 4-4 hours of check in, I planned to check out… the rooms smells really bad because of moisture. There were stains on the wall. The sofa in the room was very dirty and stained. Cups were broken and in the middle of night, there was no light. Fan and ac were not working. The staff was also not corporative and pool also smells really bad. I really had a horrible stay and was worth the money.

After the staff has changed that's the worst experience Food quality has been degraded and it's too bad Staff doesn't cooperative at all. The previous staff was too good but the new staff I'll not recommend now this to anyone now I'll give it minus star if possible and will give the 5 star for previous staff Don't know what happened but this hotel is worst now than before. I had stayed here so many times but this was the worst experience

The hotel is actually situated on an uphill in a narrow road and hotel doesn't have a lift. It's very uncomfortable experience having to climb 2 staircases everytime.The pool shown in the images is a small one on the other side of the hotel.After climbing on set of stairs we can see the pool and have to climb another set of stairs to enter our room and they have cleaned the rooms after we reached there.There are plenty of hotels in Rishikesh in more accessible locations,it's better to look into the hotels directly and take rooms instead of seeing pictures online and booking

Stayed here for 3 days, the rooms were pretty good for the price but the service by the housekeeping staff was exceptional, especially Vivek and Vicky who treated us well while we were there.
