Hotel P2P Hills Rishikesh

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The first night I had a room on the second floor, but I couldn't sleep all night because of the presence of bed bugs. On the second night, they changed my room and I went to the third floor. The room was clean. The location of the hotel is good. You can go around take a walk

Worst experience ever.. The staff was rude.. The manager, the cook and the caretaker were not knowing how to behave with the guests. They talk rubbish with ladies coming to visit the property. Once you check-in they won't provide you with a welcome drink and when you order anything they will ask you to wait for around 45 minutes for just a cup of tea. And later when you check in they will ask you to pay first and then proceed for check-in.

I booked my room with breakfast and dinner. I was very surprised that dinner had a very bad experience. Very bad hospitality. Very bad food, no cleaning properly. The staff was not responsible.

Good quality rooms, new property. Decent wifi. Okay okay food. Because of new property, kitchen setup is not proper hence taking too much time for food preparation. Overall great experience with this price range.

Very nice property, newly built. Rooms are well decorated and fairly large. Staff service is excellent. Special mention for manager - Pramod, receptionist - Pooja and catering staff - Gaurav for their very good attention and service. Owner - Mr Rajkumar is available for everything you need.

People are so much manipulative, they change every day different rate. They can change rates any second. Be careful u stay to this place, talk to them clearly about room rend as per date basis. Manager is most useless person, he didn't understand anything and just keeps repeating his own words. My honest advice to stay away from this place. I had a bad experience.
