Very good hotel we organized a customer meet for Canon Copier machines , where all the machines was displaced , the hotels staffs ate very friendly and they helped us very much . Had lunch , dinner and complementary breakfast , food is just outstanding with a resonable rate , room is very spacious and well decorated

We visited this place with whole family to celebrate the birthday party the way they treated us that was unexpected service ,hospitality, location and food quality Mr. Suman he was very polite and humbled best of luck to him for his great future Keep it up and hope we’ll see you soon.

Stayed here for a couple of days. If this is one of the best hotels in Contai, then I have severe pity for the people who visit Contai and have to stay at a hotel. The place looks decent from outside and has a big enough parking space. But after that everything went downhill. The people at the reception were the most unenthusiastic and uninterested. I can live with that as there wasn't much interaction with them that was expected. Now coming to the room, it was dated. A small wobbly table took up the meagre space of the room. The washroom was a disaster. Apart from being small, all the fittings were so aged that they were rusted. The in-room phone did not work either and I had to go find someone every time I needed to order or something. Oh and for some reason the washroom had a gaping hole around the exhaust which let hundreds of bugs in. Now for the final disappointment, the Food. I tried sandwiches, some kebabs, pulao, dum aloo, chicken bharta and so on during my stay and quite consistently, everything was below average. I have learnt my lesson to stay at a nearby tourist location and drive to contai to work rather than stay here.

The Rooms are okay but lack maintenance, although I visited at night but still the bathroom shower and overall cleanliness is not upto the mark. Otherwise people are good and very helpful. Food lacks the local flavour don't know why, in these part of Bengal cooks are lauded for their good hands & they were in high demand. Good for business travel, morning breakfast is upto the mark, overall good, never a deal broker.
