Located on a corner of highway.. Worst stay i ever had. One can't sleep in here because all the time you will hear the trucks and cars and all the honking like in the ear.. The rooms are too small, then the service is not good.. I can say that they are in hospitality but then don't know the business. The only place they are selling rooms because you can't find a descent hotel nearby...

I had to go there due to some family wedding events, even though I stay in Kolkata. I thought that the rooms won't be good enough, but boy, how wrong was I. The rooms are extremely good, the ACs work perfectly well and the owners are very helpful too. The food is great too. The room service is excellent. There's a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, but they will deliver food to your room if you ask for it. Don't hesitate to drop a visit here, if you need a room.

The hotel ambience is good. Sea facing and the main thing is that you can go direct to sea beach from the hotel. And in this pandemic situation they maintain vivid protocols like they check ur vaccination certificate and sanitize the room properly.

Zaika is the worst hotel we have been to. The staffs are so.rude along with the manager|| They charged us 2000 each for 2 rooms so we advanced Rs 2000 and booked the room. On thr date of our arrival they saw 5 girls and asked us to pay the full amy of rooms that is the balance 2000 and then let us check. I dmt knw of any hotels that do that thst before even u ve stayed in the hotel they are taking the full amount. Food is highly charged and for food that are not on the menu they charge any bloody amt and looking customers. The day we checked in the AC werent working and took half a day to resolve the issue. The tv wasnt working. The person who takes the food order is very disturbing and staffs are super rude.and last but not the least the good riviews that are put up on the internet are put by their own people.. actually the hotel suck. Will never go back

The price they are charging it's tooo much and infact after paying I'm not getting that amount of service From check-in to check-out non of the staffs were cooperative everyone was shifting there work on each other Waste of money waste of time Manager charged me extra 500rs In order to give me the room key Haven't seen such a horrible hotel till yet

Location and wifi is good, bud huge noise of motor vichele, some times felling earthquake..all time water not available, huge problem regarding water, room is too small, bathroom not well cleaned

Their Charges are High and When ever Lift Start their Rooms Vibrate, Many sounds And there are many holes from which Mouse are entering into room and destroy your food's It's my Suggestion please don't go there Even their restaurant are also very costly and don't have taste
