OYO Hotel Sigma

I went to the hotel yesterday night and I was at Santragachi station for my stay and my train was late.I went to that hotel and rented a toto for the night for 200 a little inside.From Santragachi the map will show one point six but Toto will take you three kilometers plus.You will not get a room that night at the rate shown in that hotel price, you have to go there and pay a separate extra charge. You will have to pay twenty rupees extra for the water bottle in the hotel room.

Worst Hotel I ever seen. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Prices are fake they do not accept the Oyo price. Hygiene is not maintained properly. Staff behaviour is also very rude.Bathroom is worst greaser is dead Flush is also not working properly.i suggest you all don't stay this hotel.

Most third class service. Police should take action...everyone those book online they will not accept and said we are not in online.they run scam.. They just want people come and argu when no option pay extra money and book room.. And room charges too much high.. Staff behavior moderate i am not saying bad but they run fraud business... I am not tourist i stay near this hotel so i post... This is 3rd time my guest come to my home and i try to book then few year same dialogues we are not in online but this they attach board of oyo and showing other app not remove because they want cash... Police and government should stop this scam

Live in the station but not in that hotel.I have to pay 800 online and a seprate 500 offline fees to them .Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Prices are fake they do not accept the Oyo price. Hygiene is not maintained properly. Staff behaviour is also very rude. Did the payment completed all the necessary documentation and after that still the owner was calling for money. They only treat Bengali people nicely. Stay at your own risk when you want to waste the money and hamper your mood.

Hotel manager denying checkin. They asked extra amount along with oyo commission charge. Very rude behavior of hotel manager. Don't know how to behave with guest. Rooms are not clean and up to mark. Very unhygienic. You will feel jurk in upper floor rooms when any heavy vehicle pass through the highway. Very bad experience from OYO and their hotels. Please, Don't book if you are coming from far distance. Because you will not be sure they will provide the room or not. And if you are with family then you will stuck and end with unnecessary more charges. Hotel manager is very unprofessional .

Worst hotel I ever went to. Had booked in oyo before we arrived. Although we booked the day we arrived, the arrogant manager didn't let us in. We waited till noon to just talk to him. Even though we had paid the money he didn't let us in and ranted to call the customer care in oyo. I have never seen such an arrogant staff in a hotel😠😠. Never ever book on this hotel 👎👎👎👎. Wasting people's time. If you can't give rooms why would you receive the money and accept the reservation from oyo app??. Such unacceptable behaviour . I can't express my anger enough for he made us wait half a day outside to just to not accommodate us😠👎. Never book this hotel.

Booked the room for three days (paid online) and on arrival was told that RTPCR was required. But he did not give me a room, he said that he would give me a room if I paid money. I didn't take the room, this hotel is a scam, my cash is gone. Please no one book this hotel. don't do
