Super OYO Flagship Mourigram Near Andul Rd

My experience was terrible. The room was very small and dirty full of mud and dust; the bedsheet and pillow were filthy, and there were cockroaches and rats roaming around on the bed. Only the food in the hotel was tasty. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Worst stay under OYO Flagship hotel. Very untidy room, bedsheet & toilet. No change of very dirty bedsheet with blood spots even on asking. No intercom or call bell for any service. Conversation was done after go to reception. TV was not functional. No lift to go on 3rd or 4th floor. WORST. Not advisable to stay for official or visit with family.

The hotel lacks basic amenities ,service is worst, rooms are filled with mosquitoes and floors are slippery.The checkin experience was bad and location is inconvenient to find .They charge for water bottle as well which is a sin considering summer season . They did not even provide the toiletries which is provided by Oyo and not by hotel .They don't provide AC Remote in the room as it is common remote for all rooms , so you have to ask for it from reception . Room was so chilled initially because we could not find the remote . The property is located on the 4th floor and does not have lift , so people with leg pain should refrain from booking this hotel . The property is only suitable for hourly stays and mostly preferred by unmarried couples(IYKWIM). Overall disappointing stay , never ever going to stay at this hotel .

Location - is ok ok, near to andul station. Service - too bad, staffs are unprofessional, they don't know how to treat a customer, poor treatment. Room - very very dirty, unhygienic, room was so chill we could not find ac remote, fan up down option was not there, bedsheet are just Shetty,filth, dirty, bathroom was unclean. We stayed as we had to rush to station .Not worth of it to stay even for short period of time. Staffs are rude and bad in behaviour. They charge extra even after paying for it. not recommended to visit, don't go for it if you want value for money. Room price should 300/400 looking into the room condition.

Worst experience in this hotel. Dirty pillow, Bedsheet, Rooms, Dirty cover and all things dirty. It not oyo well it's guest house. So nothing to like here neither room, service & location as well. Worst experience including the food here.

Room was so chilled cause ac remote not found at room, no night bulb, only a tubelight, In washroom, bacine water is not working, not found hand jet spray beside comod, bedsheet was so dirty so dirty, cant imagin. Even the room smell is so bad. There are 3staff on there reception, 2young staff was so decent, have well behavior, but the thing is one of lil aged staff was so rude. Anyway good experience at this hotel. I give them only 3star. Best wishes for them.
