Stayed here for exam purpose, quiet environment, staffs are friendly...rooms are also clean, food prices are expensive... overall nice experience.

Arrived without a booking, the manager wouldn't allow me to book online (no rooms available if booking online apparently) and would only accept a direct booking for more money than if I had booked online. He promised me a balcony room for Rs. 1200, then made me wait for many 10 more minutes (1.5h in the end) to not provide the balcony room in the end. Then he said tomorrow I can take that one but I have to pay the same for the lesser room on that day. In the end, he said the balcony room was Rs. 2000. The rooms are not very nice, definitely not like in the photos. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone in the hotel make any sound, pillows are molded and disgusting, there was a constant leak in the bathroom that couldn't be stopped, the amenities are old and rusted... Quite a poor stay. When I paid, he asked for more money as bakshish (not just from me, from other guests too) and grumbled and mumbled when I wouldn't give more. I want to say stay in another place but many other hotels around that can be booked online are scams (this would probably be one too - I had a feeling he wouldn't have even accepted an online booking and would have made me pay double). So my recommendation is to find an airbnb room (with enough good reviews) instead.

We had booked two rooms with Fabexpress Shivalya. We arrived late in the night at around 9:30 PM. When we reached the staff informed us that one of the rooms (out of two) is not available and will be given in the morning (we got it the next day post 3 PM and not morning as they promised) and requested us that they will accomodate in a nearby property for that night. When asked for the reason, the staff informed us that there was a client who got late and they have some heart issues. This was not convincing to us but since they raised an health concern we said ok. They offered to put us in a nearby property(Heritage IN) for the night, but it was filthy. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom smelled, and the overall condition was very bad. It was late (11 PM) so we had to stay the night, but it was a terrible experience. Since it was around 11 PM, we could not do much but adjust. We had a very bad experience and this needs to be taken care. I caution others before booking this property again.

I have visited here couple of times and I really liked it. The rooms are spacious and nicely arranged with all required furniture arrangements. The best part is all the rooms and washrooms are very neat, clean and well maintained. The beds are large and comfortable for 2 people. The interior decoration is also pleasant. The staff members are courteous and helpful. The price is quite reasonable and worthy of the rooms and services. Food is also nice which is freshly prepared and it's very homely. It's like a home away from home

Food quality is very bad...Rest all good like good service,support. but when order food from this hotel the price is too high also not provided proper bill for fooing
