Very average hotel, not very clean and service is not very good

Firstly this place was way too far from the township. We were unware of it and our experience turned terrific. The rooms were not at all clean and there was electricity problem all through. The food quality was average however, service s were poor. We couldn't stay long for we were feeling claustrophobic.Hence, checked out after few hours. Al though the manager communicated well but all the time it felt like to run away.

Drinking Water is not free. Plus they charge 40 rs for 30rs bottles. The hand shower in the washroom was not working. Outside food not allowed , but luckily we got to buy food from outside because the cook didn't come that day. Interiors are not upto the mark. Buy I think this is newly opened so may be they will improve later.

It was not a very great experience There were mosquitoes in the room and there were smells of peculiar kind in the room. They take charges for eater. The wash room is very small and not very well maintained. So over all for me this was n9t a very good stay. They did n9t have for that day only, any food supply arrangement there. SonIt was not basically worthy of the money I spent

I would never ever Suggest any traveller to stay at this hotel. The kind of service is very poor. Neither they allow outside food nor will they provide food by their own and the staff is very arrogant and rude. No manners how to behave. If you want yourself and your family to get insulted then you are welcome to stay at this ridiculous hotel. If there is a possibility to rate negative, I would have given -5 rating.

Very Rude behavior of hotel managers. They did not provide the breakfast which we included while booking. Did not even care to apologize about being rude to their guest. No electricity since morning, no power back up. certainly not comfortable. Never gonna visit again.

I wish I could give zero stars to this property. The hotel manager is an uncultured thug, doesn't have manners how to talk with customers. He doesn't accept the room charges provided by Oyo and charge higher amount in cash. These people have two property (OYO 19627 Ankit Guest House and OYO 48725 Hotel Ankit Raj) nearby but I will never ever recommend both of these properties to anyone. I wish I would have read google review earlier before booking this hotel.

"The worst Hotel ever", If you want to ruin your day or moment, you can book this hotel. My booking was confirmed still they didn't let me check in. The hotel stuff is so rude and dumb, They were asking for RT-PCR report when their was clearly mentioned only Other countries or State traveller s need to show RT-PCR report only, when I explained the guidelines to them, they said, we don't accept online payments and we don't have rooms, They didn't even talk to OYO customer care stuff to resolve issues, just simply denied to let us check in. It was too bad experience.
